The bedrooms are tired and could do with a revamp, being an Accor Gold card holder, I was told by reception, that the Arora was trying to affinity with the Pullman brand. I am of the option that it has a long way to go before achieving that status.
That's aid the restaurant food was good, except for breakfast, which all food was stewed, the staff try to be helpful and was attentive to my daughters needs (She's Four .,), the hotel setting is good for shopping, but the restaurant looks out on to a council estate, with undesirables walking up and down, the car park is secure though.
I would welcome giving it a second try perhaps after some renovations have been completed.

This is ine of the best hotels i have stayed in whilst on my holiday from Zimbabwe. Good value for money which i cant say for other places i have stayed. It is fresh and clean with fridge, iron, kettle. The front dest staff were fast and efficient with our resevation. I gotta say that i have booked to stay closer to heathrow for tonight.... i would have liked to stay here and grab a cab..
It is that pleasant...well done to lastminute bookings for a great price.

We checked in at 20.05 pm. The receptionist was a supervisor and had a serious lack of customer care! We explained we paid for our car parking on line but called me a liar. The rooms are tired and this hotel is over the ratings shown on here. Four star? Um? No way! Travelodge will overtake the low service the receptionist offered. Total concern .

Fantastic hotel with a modern, luxurious atmosphere. Staff are impeccably dressed and polite, rooms extremely clean and comfortable to spend time in. My only criticism would be the breakfast which at around £15-17 each shouldnt be self service with over processed eggs and bacon that have been left on a heated plate from 7 -10pm! im sure the chiefs that work there must quite frustrated at the lack of creativity allowed to them regarding the embarrassing breakfasts, as having tasted the evening meals at the hotel its obvious there is some talented chiefs working there.

Room Tip: rooms at the front of the hotel over look a large fountain which is relaxing to fall sleep listeni...

My husband booked this through booking.com as an overnight stay before flying to Montenegro. The hotel was clean, spacious and included parking for the duration of our holiday. The room was very quiet and the air conditioning was efficient on a hot day and evening. There were tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries as standard. The breakfast was expensive costing £34.95 for two of us!! Transfers were £7 one way for the two of us and took around 20 minutes to get from the hotel to south terminal. We did struggle up the stairs from the car parking area with our heavy cases but this could be due to us not seeing a lift! All in all a good stay although watch out for the extras you'll be paying for.

we booked for the night before our trip to egypt as we used the hotel last year. we stayed on a different side so was really quiet but this year we were on the side where the trains pass every day, little bit annoying but could of been worse.
the food was great but a bigger menu would be better as it hadnt changed much since last year.
I have put average for sleep quality just because of the trains, last year was excellent so try to get a room away from the train track.

Room Tip: Away from the train tracks

Booked last minute - in the afternoon- via another booking site for a tripple room with room for a cot, arrived at hotel at 8.30 at night and couldn't find our booking , the front desk seemed to scramble around trying to find it but the young lady that actually deals with online bookings who was situated at the back or reception refused to come and speak to me or my husband to try and sort the problem out. Finally was allocated a room after 40 mins which when we arrived was a standard double! Porter soon arrived with camp bed and cot to fit in to small room, what a joke! They had to remove 4 pieces of furniture(2 chairs, a table an console) to get the extra beds in. We just about fit in with all our suitcases. Reception were very unhelpful and if we wanted a bigger room we would have to upgrade, this took another 20 muns to sort out with v tired baby and little girl. was just an overnight stay with parking for our holiday , we will NEVER stay here again, we usually stay at the remada, next time we will return to a decent hotel with decent customer service

Dear Guest,

We would like to thank you for taking your time to post your feedback.

We are disappointed to read that your stay was not satisfactory. We have looked at your booking details and would like to clarify that you did book a double room and requested for extra bed plus cot which resulted in room looking small. We do have a upgarded room for up to 5 people which is suitable for guests travelling with families. I have been informed that the larger room was offered to you with a supplement which was declined by yourself.

I do hope you would provide us with second oppurtunity to regain your faith.

Kind Regards,
Bruno Delrieux
