We stayed for one night before leaving from Gatwick Airport. The hotel was very busy but efficient and we got to our room easily. It was a typical Premier Inn (nothing wrong with that) - clean, comfortable and with good staff. The breakfast was good - buffet service from very early (about 4.30 am) until mid morning. We arrived in the middle of the serving and it felt clean and fresh.

We got a good nights sleep and travelled to the airport the next stay, parking the car in the car park aranged by Premier Inn - all in all it was great value and a good nights sleep - despite being so close to the airport - which made the whole start of the triup far more civilised than travelling down on the morning of the flight.

My first stay at a premier inn. Although it's not the main airport hotel it's only 10 mins walk so you really don't need to get the hotel bus. I was impressed with reception- really helpful. The room was fine though slightly dated. In spite of it being an airport hotel, I got a good night's sleep and excellent value.

We arrived in the evening before our early flight the next day. It was very busy in the reception area, but we were served quite quickly. We had pre-booked our night and had booked separate parking for our car for the holiday period, but we still had to pay £10 to park our car at the hotel for the night. We wanted a meal at the hotel, and as the hotel was very busy we were told it was a 3/4 wait for a table in the restaurant, but we could get a table straight away in the bar. The meal was good and very reasonably priced.
The actual room and bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Check-in was efficient, room in very good order and a very good night's sleep.
Not the hotel's fault, but the £3 each way bus transfer for such a short journey from Arrivals is excessive. Would've walked it in the morning, but it was raining!

Stayed overnight on 17th May. I needed somewhere to stay because of an 05.00 check in next morning!

Not much to say really - welcome was good as was the clean, comfortable room.
Decent bar and bar snacks. I slept well. Recommended.
