We stayed here before we went on Holiday , booked car in for 2 weeks , We then went to have evening meal at a local restaurant after taking our luggage to the airport so in the morning we did not have to wait to have a breakfast at the airport. As is was an early start. The hotel was great for an over night stay and booked our taxi for the morning which came on time. After the holiday phoned the cab firm and they picked us up from the airport, did not have to wait. When we arrived back the car was ready for our return journey home. Everything went well and we will use them again, it made us feel we had things in control.

Room Tip: They all looked good for an over night stay

Stayed here last week before a holiday from gatwick. Receptionist welcoming and booked taxi to airport and back for us. She showed us to our room and told us where we could get dinner. We stayed in room 2 near reception, neat and tidy with one double and one single bed. Car was parked with no problem. We were delayed on return but hotel were welcoming on return and even offered us coffee for our trip home. Excellent service and value for money. We will use this again.

We stayed here before an early flight. As per other reviews, the positives were it was cheap and well located for a quick taxi ride to Gatwick. Excellent service for looking after your car whilst you are away and very good value. The negatives were it was tired and not too clean, didn't seem to have very high standards. Dusty and poor paintwork/ tired shower room. OK if you want cheap pre-flight accommodation with car storage but be prepared to 'rough it' a bit!

Arrived about 6pm, were greeted by a lovely older lady who booked us in, showed us to our room and booked all our transport and explained the car parking process to us. Also offered us a jug of milk so we didn't have to use the little milk capsules in the room.

The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean - we had a twin room, the beds were comfy and clean.

The bathroom only had a shower, but it was hot and powerful so not too bad.

The car storage is a field at the back of the hotel. There is only one entrance/exit which is gated,so it is safe.

The taxis there were on time, the one back was late by about 40 minutes and after a 10 hour flight was not really needed.

We paid £80 for 1 night and the car parking and overall it was excellent.

Would have been 5/5 if the coffee in the rooms had been drinkable x

We stayed in this hotel and it was a pretty poor experience. Our room was in the external stables-style annex, which may be a different standard to the main hotel.

POSITIVES:
-Good TV reception with lots of channels
-Lots of free parking
-Friendly staff

NEGATIVES:
-The room was dirty - dirt on the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling, dead spider in the bathroom, stain on the bed sheets, breadcrumbs in the chest of drawers. It obviously hadn't been cleaned other than changing the sheets and emptying the bin!!
-The chest of drawers was knackered, one of the drawers fell apart as I pulled it open.
-The staff weren't very efficient, meaning it took us 20 minutes to check in despite there only being one person in the que in front of us.
-The breakwas was rubbish. Just cereal and toast. No cheese, ham, pastries, fruit, etc. For the same price at Ibis down the road you get a all-you-can-eat hot breakfast that is exellent.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this place - stay at the Ibis instead!
