The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The hospitality is very personal - including the resident dog!

This is a working farm set in attractive countryside with lovely walks around the fields and ponds. The local villages are picturesque with thatched cottages and interesting churches. There are several good pubs within a short driving distance and they serve good food.

It is surprising that this farm is only a 10-minute drive from the M1 (J14) as it feels so far removed from the busy traffic of the motorway.. There are two types of accommodation on offer. We stayed in a small self-contained 'cottage' with a double room, a twin room, bathroom and small kitchen/diner. There was a fridge, microwave and toaster. The only minor complaint was that the bath only had a hand-held shower spray. It could so easily be upgraded to a proper shower just by adding a support bracket and a shower curtain. There is also another self-contained double room with a small kitchen area but this has a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

We booked this B&B because it was listed on Tripadvisor as being 1.14 miles from Bletchley Park - the reason for visiting this area. In fact, it was a 30-minutes drive around the many roundabouts of Milton Keynes. That was my mistake as I didn't check the location and assumed it was in Newton Longville. However, it is in Newton Blossomville! It turned out to be a happy mistake as we were able to explore a previously unknown part of England.

Newton Park Farm is situated in beautiful rolling countryside with fine views and really peaceful. The location is excellent being near to Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton making it easily accessible. There's plenty to see particularly if you like picturesque villages, and walks, but there are many other major attractions within easy reach making it an ideal base to explore this wonderful central part of England. It was clean and comfortable and a real home from home with my hosts being very friendly. The best B&B to date that I have stayed in.

Room tip: The barn conversion room includes a useful little kitchen and is very comfortable.

I stayed here with my husband and three young children and found this place perfect for our needs. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, letting our children see the ponies and guinea pigs and did a special breakfast for them, so they could eat it at their 6am waking time, then cooked us a delicious full English later on. They were flexible with check out time which really helped us.
The annex is situated in the most peaceful, beautiful spot, and a short walk away (along a country road with no pavements) there's a brilliant pub serving some of the best food we've tasted in a pub ever!
The annex is very rustic, quite basic, but that's what makes it unique. Maybe bring a black out blind if you're coming with young children as the curtains do let in some light.
I'd definitely recommend this place if visiting Woburn Safari Park, or any of the other Woburn attractions, if you want somewhere in a beautiful setting, with character and helpful hosts, and great value. Just don't expect the finer details like biscuits on your tea tray, or a fine range of toiletries!

Stayed for the weekend and was happily surprised ...... having stayed throughout the country in all grades of chain and individual hotels on business and pleasure it was nice to actually stay in a genuine home from home.

I stayed in the annex which was spacious clean and adequately equipped for the weekend and the full breakfast served up at my convenience was great. It's not the Ritz or the Hilton but it doesn't claim to be .... and if I'd wanted a soulless box room to stay in I'd have paid more for a Travelodge !!!!

For a peaceful break in a beautiful spot with a great friendly welcome I'd recommend it.

Room tip: Annex is only rented to one group at a time you get the whole building to yourself including the dining and seating area.
