    The staff were Happy, helpful and Caring at anytime to all during our Stay. Rooms are Tired, Jacuzzi out of order. Health club was relaxing but would have been better with Jacuzzi. Breakfast Great, Chef was doing Fresh eggs, Plenty Choice and Love the team as they were really smiling and Happy. Dinner was delicious. Would stay in the future because of the team and Standard and Recommend

    Having stayed at many Hilton Hotels across UK and Europe, Milton Keynes doesn't even come close. It certainly is not of Hilton standard. Travelodge maybe, but certainly not a Hilton.
    The hotel is extremely tired looking and worn and going by the look of some of the staff, even they are looking tired. The hotel needs a major re-vamp and upgrade in order for it to be called a Hilton. The bedrooms were below average, we booked a Deluxe Room at a cost of £179.00, very disappointing. I've stayed in better and cheaper hotels and got higher quality. It certainly wasn't of Deluxe Quality room.
    Breakfast was average, nothing to get too excited about. Certainly not worth the extra £10 per person that we paid on check in.
    Reading past reviews, it is all a very mixed bag but then you read some that are just way over the top and sound like they have come straight from the staffs mouths. Nothing like trying to promote and push your hotel.
    Advice if any, you need to listen to the majority of the reviews and do a major upgrade on all bedrooms or at least those you class as Deluxe. The furniture was out dated and the colour co-ordination was ghastly.
    Only positive note really was the free car park and swimming pool. Friendly staff on hand in the gym and pleasant to speak with.

    It’s disappointing to hear that this time your visit did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that your stay was uncomfortable, we would have welcomed the opportunity to have met you during your stay and discussed your room preferences. We have recently under gone refurbishment of our lobby and bar which offer a modern look, and are pleased to be having updating/refurbishment of some of our bedrooms.

    Our facilities are in line with our brand offerings. We would always ask for you to let us know any issues you experience whilst in the hotel so that we may get the opportunity to rectify them to your satisfaction.

    Your dissatisfaction with our hotel is one thing, but to claim that we are essentially fabricating the truth by massaging our reviews is another. We do hope that all of our guests walk away from our hotel with positive sentiments, however do understand that sometimes that is not the case and understand that this page is the perfect portal for them to voice their concerns. We listen to those concerns and react accordingly at the hotel level. We do receive positive reviews that are genuine, and are from guests of the hotel who are completely satisfied with their experience. We like to think that this is because of our continued commitment to excellence. If you take a closer look at the guests who rate us highly, you will see that they’ve reviewed multiple, if not hundreds of hotels. We clearly do not control their reviews, beyond providing the services they need when they walk through our doors. We can only apologise for the fact you were not impressed with your stay and as a loyal Hilton customer we value your opinions and business and are sincerely disappointed we have lost your loyalty and trust.

    This was a one night break which included breakfast, a three course evening meal, a bottle of wine and tickets to Bletchley Park. All in all excellent value.

    In the absence of being able to give this hotel three and a half stars I feel it is worth going up to 4 rather than downgrading to three.

    The hotel is in quite an isolated spot. The entrance leads to a light and airy reception area with the bar/lounge ahead. On checking in we had been allocated a double room, but this was quickly changed to twin which was our request. The staff were very welcoming and they checked which wine we required and did want it in our room or with dinner.

    Our room was located down a corridor which consisted mainly of meeting rooms. I think there were only three bedrooms in this section. When we opened the door there was a strange smell in the room - I'm not sure if it was from smoke. We opened the window to air it off. Unfortunately this did not remove the smell but after a while we became accustomed to it and didn't notice it - until you left and then returned to the room.

    The room was ok but seemed to be one of the older ones. I understand the rooms are being refurbished. A very short lead on the hairdryer.

    Dinner was good, again with very obliging, attentive staff and we had similar exemplorary service at breakfast.

    The stars of this hotel are the staff. All we came into contact with were extremely pleasant.

    We stayed here for a wedding (which was very well managed by the hotel staff).
    The main plus for this hotel is the staff they were always helpful and polite.
    The rest of the experience was not so great, the bed was very creaky, the shower quite weak and the breakfast below mediocre but edible.
    Nothing really bad here - which is while the hotel is in my experience worthy of an average rating.

    Having stayed in a few Hilton's in my time this was defiantly the worst !!! The rooms lacked character and where bold and basic they reminded me of a travellodge not a Hilton. They did have a pool however it was not the biggest and I was gutted the Jacuzzi was not working the entire week.On to the restaurant which had varying degrees of food quality the service however was Good. One evening we had to send our food back three times before we the food was cooked as orders blood in burgers isn't my thing. The staff themselfs were good however and aplogised for the kitchens lack of skill. I was also disgusted that they put the price of the steak up by 1.50 over the course of a week for exact some meal now that's inflation.
