Went here for a friends Silver wedding party, stayed overnight, comfy room, fine for 1 night & very reasonably priced, just across the road was the shopping centre, that was great, breakfast was nice, but didn't eat a lot, a great place to stay for a shopping trip.

I travel a lot and, on average, spend more than 3 nights a week in hotels on business. IHG is a good brand and this hotel has found ways to up their game.

Location is central, 15 mins walk from most things.

Refurbished rooms are really good, enough mains sockets, reliable WiFi, effective climate control. Executive rooms really are a cut above the usual.

Gym is small-ish, but has everything you need including a pool!

Customer care is a strong theme throughout, led from the front by their General Manager. Healthy foods on the menu are a new slant - filling and healthy.

My current new favourite Holiday Inn.

Recommended for the business traveller who needs a little more from their hotel than the standard offering.

On a recent visit with the family to Milton Keynes we elected to stay one night in the centre.
The hotel was excellent. Staff at the front desk were happy, helpful & informative, exactly what you want. You'd think it's easy, but seasoned travellers can tell you otherwise, so well done Holiday Inn.
The rooms were clean, breakfast excellent. Would recommend 100%

Just a normal holiday inn, its located right opposite the shopping centre in MK with a 2 minute walk via the underpass. The hotel has onsite parking, which is £7.50 a day (I think).

The room was spacious and comfy, I wasnt a fan of the glass lift, but did also use the stairs.
Breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from.
The location was perfect as I was on a training course accross the road, but for the price I probably would have had a nicer stay in a Premier Inn. The room was pretty pricey. Was very busy also. I had to pay for Wi-fi which was a real pain I think paying for wi-fi is unreasonable, I could have got it free if I went into the bar, but i wanted to work till late in quiet surroundings and didnt fancy working in the bar till late on my own.

Dear NATALIE B,

Thank you for your review, I was pleased to read you had a enjoyable stay with us.

With regards to the internet over the last few years we've invested heavily in providing our guests with super high speed, secure internet.
Technically, what sets us apart is the amount of bandwidth each hotel enjoys. So, unlike a basic broadband connection, we're able to guarantee excellent speed, not just for a few of our guests, but for hundreds.
In addition we offer 24/7 technical support should you require any assistance. To make all this possible we do need to apply a sensible charge for internet use.
We value and appreciate your comments and we are currently looking at how we meet all our guests expectations on the quality and price of internet’.

Thank you once again and we hope to be able to welcome you back to the hotel in the future.

On arrival greeted by friendly staff and given room. Room was large but unfortunately a previous Tennant had spilled red wine which had stained the carpet. Apart from that room did look clean and tidy. Swimming pool was clean and the wAter warm enough not to feel a chill. The steam room is located near the pool and is mixed. The sauna for the guys is located in the changing rooms near the showers. I didn't try the sauna or steam room. Where the hotel was let down I felt was with the breakfast selection. Sausages looked burnt the mushrooms very oily and the fried eggs had been left in the frying pan and no chef was present not good. It is a comfortable and friendly hotel just needs to improve on the breakfast

Hotel was situated in the Centre of Milton Keynes, within walking distance of the shops and close to many attractions around. my group was 38 people arrived on a very hot day after along journey and hotel laid on Ice water for us on arrival

The staff were very freindly and helpful, the food was excellent and very well presented we had a buffet one night and a carvery another.

Parking was outside by the hotel it is free as long as you do not park outside the barrier as this is a council car park, with very keen wardens.

Room Tip: Take a swimming costume for the pool

arrived in the evening to a very warm welcome at reception. Well situated and near main shopping area. Nice room. well equipped .

We went down to restaurant for meal. Very disappointed! We both had fish and chips and fish was not cooked properly. Taking it back and reheating is not the answer! Would have expected fresh meal but this was not offered.

Would recommend this hotel for overnight or short break.
