We stayed here for 1 nights stay. We have stayed here quite a few times before. Our room was clean and tidy. Free wifi which is great and fast. Location is a few mins drive to main shopping area. We made use of the pool and sauna and steam room. It was a nice way to relax and for most of the time we had it to ourselves

The hotel looks good from the outside but inside the rooms need to be updated and refurbished. I stay in a lot of Novotels all over europe and this is the only one that charges £1.20 for a table spoon full of peanuts with a drink at the bar. The resturant is very hit and miss, I ordered a steak for diner and requested it be cooked medium but no "blood", the person who cooked it sliced it in half fried till it was so dry and leather like that it would have done the sole of a shoe very proud. Hopefully the resturaunt can and must get better. This could be a good hotel.

Dear Dr Webb

It was a pleasure to welcome you back for your recent stay, and thank you for your feedback. I will certainly speak to the Food & Beverage Team as we should be serving a larger serving of nuts than just a teaspoon sized portion! I will certainly make sure this happens in future. I have already spoken to the chef regarding your feelings about your steak, and he addressed the matter with the chef present on the night you ate. I am sorry that you did not enjoy it.

I am glad though that this experience was better than your last, and I am glad that your perception of us is rising. I hope to see you again in the future and please let me know once you have made a booking.

Regards

Clean tidy rooms, very high standard furnished bathroom. Working nightshift so asked for a quiet room which they did.
Would definitely stay again.
Nice location, easy access to Milton Keynes. Good car parking facilities.
Cannot fault it, breakfast to very high standard
