If you are looking for just a clean room and bed then this is ideal.
Very basic accommodation.
Would recommend eating out.
I used the Hotel whilst on business, the staff do try but the English is not always good.
Functional is probably the best way to describe the Hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms are the same,

I stayed here for 2 nights as needed a base for attending a training course nearby.
I stayed on the ground floor and my room was clean and in good order
Sheets were clean and everything was of a good standard in the room.
Wireless internet was hit and miss however it's not the end of the world for me.
Staff were poliite and efficient at all times.
I stayed when the club across the road was closed so can't comment on other peoples noise and nuisance issues. I slept well on both nights

Only bad point was the breakfast. On check in I was told I could upgrade my included continental breakfast for a £2.75 supplement.
However when I entered the dining room for breakfast I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone and just found a table and sat down.
The chairs seemed like they would collapse at any minute and most tables were dirty and full of used plates etc.
The so called continental breakfast was very poor. Juices were empty. The toaster took about 10 minutes to produce toast and the reformed ham on the buffet looked grim. I ate a half burnt croissant and a sip of vending machine coffee and was relieved that I hadn't even been offered the cooked breakfast option.
This was more or less the same story on the second morning too.
In general not a bad hotel but an abysmal breakfast offering! I only paid £110 for 2 nights so wasn't too upset

Unless you enjoy staying in a DUMP facing a HUGE nightclub - AVOID!
The hotel clearly allows the nightclub to use their car park - and it is DISGUSTING WHAT GOES ON THERE.
BE AWARE, EVEN IF YOU ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY YOU MAY BE PROPOSITIONED BY GAY AND TRANSGENDER CLUBBERS!! AND NO, I AM NOT HOMOPHOBIC.
Open until the early hours - VERY early hours - so VERY VERY NOISY.
When it closes, the 'clients' race up and down the main road - and also around the hotel car park.
THEN, they come into the hotel to continue their partying - in their rooms, the corridors and each others rooms!
I had to have an argument with some of the 'guests' to shut up FINALLY at 6am
PLEASE, IF YOU ARE A FAMILY - AVOID

Room Tip: Stay at A DIFFERENT hotel if you are a family.

Everywhere else was full so I had phone our business travel partner who found this for me. The room was a good size, the lighting was adequate and the WiFi free - unlike some other hotels I have used in MK - and most of the time not a bad speed. For me what let it down was the rather poor quality of the restaurant, with a very limited choice. I noted that in reception they showed their food hygiene standard rating which was a 3. This, whilst honest, is the lowest rating I have seen displayed. Breakfast was extra and 'full English' meagre for a vegetarian. If I have the choice I will not stay there again, but I would not rule it out if was offered as the an option as it is quite close to my office, although getting across the A5 in the rush hour is tricky.

Room Tip: Try to get one at the back as those at the front face on to the main road and the Pink Punter club w...

The hotel itself is cheap and simple but OK. Only saw the receptionist who was polite but distant. The room was clean and as advertised. The main road was noisy but not ridiculously so.
The real issue was some of the other guests who were obviously there for the nightclub which is directly opposite. We arrived about 9pm, to hear really loud music from several rooms (people must have had their own sound systems), doors banging, loud hilarity or arguments going on. It quietened around 11 as they all went over the road, then got loud again around 4 when they all came back. The club itself was not too obtrusive, but it was a winter night with all windows closed.
Not the hotel's fault about the demeanour of some of its clients, but this is definitely not going to be a comfortable, quiet night's sleep on any night the club is open. The chain should be much more honest in its marketing. This is not a business hotel but makes most of its money from people intent on a wild night out.

Room Tip: Avoid anything especially on the front

Booked via booking.com for double room with FREE cot (for our 1 year old) and also provided additional instructions explicitly requesting the cot. On arrival, told they can't / won't provide a cot, and did not offer any alternate options. Other child unfriendly causes for concern: Hard wired kettle in the room located on thin wedge of sideboard within easy reach of a toddler; Sharp bottle opener device pinned to sideboard within easy reach of toddler; No high chairs in breakfast room. Clearly families with young children are not welcome / not their target audience, so why on earth are they advertising free cots! More generally, bed was uncomfortable (very soft).
