Exactly what one would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean, pleasant and efficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a nice location close to Furzton Lake. There is a Fayre and Square pub and restaurant next to the hotel which serves an excellent cooked breakfast and evening meals. If I were to make two small criticisms it would be that the hotel has no lift (not good when hauling big bags) and the rooms were rather warm requiring the windows to be left open at night which let in some traffic noise from the nearby M1. However overall a very good service and I will stay again.

As ever, this was a good value stay with Premier Inn. The hotel is delightfully situated next to a lake which can provide a good 25 minute circular walk. Yes, the hotel is on a corner next to two main roads. That's good for access and not so good for noise. But noise didn't bother us. Our room faced on to the inner courtyard and towards the lake so maybe that's why. However, there isn't any air conditioning and we didn't find that much air came through the window. As ever, staff friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant but dined at a nearby Good Pub Guide recommendation of the Swan in Milton Keynes. We would recommend this - lovely food and ambience (an old pub in the original village of Milton Keynes) only a 10-minute drive away.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing away from the roads.

Lovely setting over a lake, ideal for a walk after a big evening meal plus small childrens play area within the grounds. Hotel room was very clean and aired when we got there (it was a hot day so windows were open). Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for three nights with my wife for a short break to include Bletchley Park (Great place to visit). Hotel in lovely position next to the lake but surrounded on two sides by major highways. Even with windows closed road noise quite evident. No air con and hot nights meant having the windows open so noise worse. Ask for room away from the roads, though you may get some pub noise. Hotel somewhat tired and in need of update though room very clean. Mattress in our room 205 far too hard and not as comfortable as other Premier Inns we have stayed in. Pub restaurant a bit shabby. Reception staff very helpful and efficient as we're housekeeping.
