Stayed 3 nights whilst attending a 5 day conference. Room was large and clean with all the usual you would expect.
Beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable I have had, and not as good as Premier Inn or Marriott.
Little noise in and around the hotel, although I did have a room on the car park side, not the front which I understand is nosier due to the main road.
Conference facilities here are excellent and seem to have a dedicated team who are very attentive and efficient.
Food is good, with a good range of buffet lunch / dinner. Breakfast a bit bland, sausages weren't nice, no mushrooms, but the rest was ok and hot. Good fruit and pastries if you like these.
the hotel is well placed for the M20 and easy to get to, there isn't much nearby, so you have to drive to anything you need.
There is a fitness center / pool attached and is very nice, pool small but off peak is ok. The sauna and steam are unisex, which is much better if traveling with partner / family.
There is no lift, so if you can't carry cases, go for ground floor. (they did offer to take my case for me if I wanted as I was up a floor (only 2 floors)More
