We 've booked Theresa's Granary for a long weekend stay for our yearly trip with friends. It was our central location for visiting London and rural Kent.
The cottage is very luxury and has all facilities you need. The welcome was very friendly, not just a simple bottle of wine but a whole package of beer, tea, cookies, etc. It's a very impressive personal attention of Teresa :). With six to stay we had enough space, rooms and bathrooms. A terrace where we could sit outside to have our conversations.
The location is in a quiet area and was a good place to relax after our busy London trip. A beautiful walk from the cottage to the pub in Sutton Valence. Very rural to explore the typical english countryside.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Steven and Teresa for their hospitality. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything you would need. A very peaceful place and easy access to pubs and restaurants and places of interest . I would definitely recommend this place and would go back.
