Stayed here when attending a conference and exhibition in the NEC.
The rooms were fine - as you would expect in a Premier Inn. It's location very good - convenient for the NEC, shops in Solihull and the M42.
The restaurant was good value and good food.
Parking was atrocious. This was in the nearby multistory but I had to pay 3 times for 1 nights stay. I arrived at 17:15 paid for 1 hour while I checked in. I then had to return to pay for the overnight stay (can't do this before 6:00pm) and then I had to return in the morning before 8:00 am to pay again for 2 hours as I wasn't leaving till just after 9. Absolutely no chance of a lie in if you stay here.
I would have expected the premier inn to have come to some sort of arrangement for guests but this is not the case so beware.
