I had my wedding here on 19th October 2013 in the Windsor suite, the staff at battle hall was lovely and polite, stayed in the background while we enjoyed our perfect day with our love ones. They made everything perfect and made sure we was all happy, it couldn't of been better! The room was beautiful, we stayed in the westby suite, comfortable 4 poster bed, beautiful bathroom and outstanding views of the grounds, really couldn't fault the place or staff at all. Some of my guests stayed here too and loved their rooms, we are planning on coming back for our 1st anniversary. The morning breakfast was lovely and well presented. Pastry's and cereal served as help yourself with fresh juice in the hall way of the sun room (where myself and guest was put for our breakfast) the staff kept bringing fresh coffee and tea out in pot as requested with a full English made to everyone's liking.
We spent a pretty penny on our day and we got our money worth, they made everything beautiful and the day ran smoothly (even with my 3 year old and his chocolate fingers everywhere)

We would be delighted if you celebrated your 1st anniversary with us; we can book you into the Westby Suite and you can once again enjoy the four-poster with the feature bathroom - not forgetting the full English the next morning!

I am pleased that you feel you received value for the money that you spent on your perfect day, and that you feel the whole day ran smoothly. By the sounds of things, "little chocolate fingers" definitely enjoyed himself too!

You know it's going to be special when reception know your name on arrival. It gets better when they insist on showing you your room and do so with pride.
The food was as good as the welcome. Will certainly return. Even if only to sit at breakfast and watch the deer gambol across the lawn.

Visited this venue in order to attend a wedding reception and from the moment you enter the car park, it's stunning and the interior didn't disappoint.
We were provided with a very warming drink upon entry - Pimm's or Mulled Wine - which were lovely, accompanied by canapes. Service at the bar was swift and efficient. The setting for the meal was lovely and the food amazing - cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
The evening reception took place in an outside annexe where, again, bar service was swift and efficient. The evening food was sausage/bacon sandwiches, wedges and sauces.
An amazing wedding and beautiful venue - very much recommended.

I’m delighted the Winter Pimms and Mulled Wine was a welcomed choice when the bitter chill of winter had set in outside. All of your amazing comments will be passed on to our team both in the kitchen and front of house.

We'll not sure how anyone can give this place a bad review, we had our wedding at Bartle hall on the 3rd November 2013 and all I can say is magnificent.
Staff could not do enough for you always polite and attentive and just wanted to make our day special.
The food was excellent as many of our guests said the lamb was so tasty and loved everything else.
Lisa was great on the day and helped our day go very smooth and Erin has helped us from day one and is a star.
A big thanks to everyone at Bartle hall it was a day we will never forget.

My son lives in Preston so when we visit we llways stay at the Bartle Hall Hotel set in magnificent well maintained grounds. Hotel is very clean and the staff will do anything to help - so just ask okay.

The food is first class and breakfasts are also a joy. So much on offer you can never complain. We allways have the full English Breakfast with black pudding. You get a good sized helping but just enough to keep you going without feeling stuffed. There is also a cosy Bar area with fire and its nice to relax in and is usually quiet and peacefull.

We always use the best room in the hotel if its available. Its big and has a lovely walk in double shower. Tea making facilities and also fresh friut and bottled water daily. Plus lovely biscuits.

Staff are very good and location is just right for us.

Room Tip: Have only stayed in the best room the Bartle Hotel has got and thats very quiet. The room faces the main car park but its never noisy and we have never been woken up.Its on the first floor as well.
