Used this hotel, as a base for wedding/reception, both about 5 miles opposite directions. No complaints. Typical Premier Inn, in as much that there is not always anybody on reception, but easy to contact if this is the case. Rooms are quite large, clean and tidy. Apparently, none of the rooms has windows that open, but the a/c works efficiently. Breakfasts are very good ( children eat free ), and the staff are very helpful. Location is in the centre, numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hotel does offer evening meals, but on the evening we went out, it was very quiet. Car park is at rear of hotel, less than 2 minutes walk. Supposedly £4 for 24 hours, but I was charged £6. My son in law who arrived at same time and left at same time, was charged £4 ! Car park is locked between midnight and early hours, and looks safe enough. We certainly had no problems. Would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Some rooms overlook main road, some the back of hotel and the rest an internal area. As the windows...

Booked hotel soley due to its good location. The car park was pretty easy to find and £4 for 24 hours - St Peters.

I didnt like that the room was located in the basement so no natural light and felt we were stuck out of the way.

Shame brekfast not included I couldnt be bothered ordering extra and was in a rush.

I think £100 is pretty steep for a basic room only for the night. Maybe £70? But saying as work paid for it - this wasnt a problem

Good location being in the town centre. Clean, room very nice, and no noise. Hotel very secure as you need your card to enter your floor level as well as your room. Breakfast was very good and staff were polite and very helpful. We have stayed at many hotels in Leamington as we visit family often, but can highly recommend this one. Car park is well located to the hotel, and reassurance that your car is safe, only costs £4 for 24hr parking, the car park is locked from midnight until 6am which proved no problem for us. Has a Co-op next door which was very handy. Air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Room Tip: We had room 120 which did not have a view, but was very quiet, no noise at all.

The hotel is relatively new, and is still fresh. Bedroom was quiet, comfy and as you'd expect for a Premier inn. Staff were generally very helpful, though the supervised automated checking was a bit odd! (Like Tesco or Sainsbury self checkout with hovering assistants...)

The big let-down is the restaurant. "The Kitchen" is a good idea - a limited choice of (hopefully) freshly-cooked food. The problems are (1) it's all Italian, which is OK but (2) it all tastes a bit similar and (3) I have a strong suspicion that significant parts are prepared elsewhere and reheated.

Breakfast was good, though other Premier Inns do a better selection of bread / rolls. Some dishes are cooked to order, which is a good thing.

Room Tip: I had a very quiet room (217) as the side of the hotel, but Leamington's not exactly a throbbing...

Thank you for your recent review, I am sorry to hear that the hotel didn’t reach your expectations. We are always seeking to improve our hotel and will take all your comments into consideration. The Quick-and-Easy Check ins are designed to be an aditional aid for those that wish to check in quickly, however we do still have a team on shift to oversee and provide that personal service most enjoy when visiting our hotel. As for the comments on the kitchen, these will be forwarded to our food development team, however our in house team are on standbye to recommend the vast amount of restaurants that leamington have to offer, most of which are a few minutes walk from our front door.
We appreciate all feedback good and bad and hope to see you again in the near future.

This is a fairly new PI and it ideally located. Everything is as you would expect one of the better PI's to be.
Clean, comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Very enthusiastic staff who seemed to be on a mission to be of service to you, especially Warren. Very good breakfast in a modern bistro setting. would not stay anywhere else in Leamington Spa for business or a weekend break.

Stayed for one night to attend a nearby wedding. Very convenient location. Room was big and clean. Just what we needed. Just be aware that the nearest car park is locked at midnight and you cannot go back to your car to fetch anything between midnight and 6 am.
