Great hotel right in the middle of town. Room was excellent, with air con (which was certainly needed for 3 hot days in July). Staff were very friendly and informative about things to do, where to eat etc.

The only downside was there was no proper bar/lounge area to sit in - which meant we were back in our room just after 9pm - as the children weren't allowed in the nearby bars after this time.

Really did not like this hotel, yes it's a premier inn etc but out room was in the basement it was cold and did not get enough light .
There were warnings in the room re possible flooding .
I expect any room above ours was much nicer .
We only stayed one night .

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. At Premier Inn we endeavour to ensure all our guests have a quiet stay in a comfortable environment and do apologise that on this occasion we failed to provide this. In regards to the rooms in the basement, all of these rooms are to the same standards and specification to the other rooms in the hotel. Please also be assured that the signs in the lower ground levels regarding flooding have to be displayed, as this is part of the building regulations, and there has been no severe flooding in Leamington since 1996.
Your feedback is very much appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you back to Premier Inn in the future.

From the friendly but professional welcome we received to the excellent room we stayed in, everything about our visit to this hotel was great! The bed was comfy - we appreciated choice of pillows! Everything we needed was there.

It's very difficult to write a fair review about this hotel. The service was very good, everyone was nice and welcoming, the room was good, the location was good...
However, a couple of days into our stay a new cardigan I'd just bought went missing from the bottom of a bag of shopping in our room. I brought this up with the management, who spoke to the staff but we were told no one knew anything about it and that was that. I'm sure that I brought it in to the hotelroom as I tried it on the night I bought it to show my husband. I'm equally sure I never brought it out of the hotel again, still it was completely gone. We searched every inch if the room looking for it though I was sure I put it back in the bag with the rest of the clothes I'd bought.
Nothing like this had ever happened to either of us and it rather freaked us out, so much so that we went out and bought locks for our suitcases that same morning.
No matter that the hotel was rather nice the stay was completely ruined by this

We as a family often stay at a Premier Inn if we are visiting an area. Location was good but it lacks any life. Although the staff were helpful I thought The Kitchen restaurant when actually open was mediocre and the breakfast was less than impressive. It could benefit from having a bar that seemed open or a better choice. We would visit Leamington Spa again but would seek alternative arrangements for an overnight stay.

Premier Inns are terrific "budget" hotels in England. I was hesitant but the reviews were good so we gave it a try. This hotel was spotless, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and I loved that I could get a bottle of wine at 10pm in "The Kitchen." Our room was spacious with one "double" (larger than American double) bed and two twins. We stayed at two locations on our trip, one also London City Old Street, and both were consistent in quality of service and cleanliness. The room doors are very thick - you hear no noise from other rooms or in the hall. (That said, there are "quiet please" signs in all sleeping areas of the hotel and the English take these seriously.) Leamington Spa has a great shopping street and it is is walking distance from the hotel location.

If you drive - parking is in a garage across the street from the rear entrance of the hotel.

Room Tip: Cots in England are baby cribs, so don't order one if you don't have an infant or toddler...
