A wonderful 16th Century Guest House in most charming grounds in a peaceful location.
Hassan & Jennifer our hosts, made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived, and went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs.
Hassan cooks a lovely breakfast to your requirements with eggs from their own hens.
We stayed in the Pine Room, which was very spacious and quiet with a lovely comfortable king size bed.
Hassan who is acting Chef / Gardener & Chauffeur is an entertaining asset and we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again if we were ever in the area.
Thank you both for a lovely weekend stay.

Room Tip: Pine Room has loads of character, nice and quiet overlooking the gardens from 2 windows, with a newl...

What a gem! We were like lords for the day and the envy of our friends. Most welcoming hosts who were most generous, offering us a lift to our evening venue. The house itself is amazing, warm, comfortable with the great history attached to it, 16 th Century no less. The grounds, despite the fact it was winter hold a magical touch too. Breakfast appetising and generous portions including the freshly collected eggs from their own hens! So thank you to Jennifer and Hassan for amost enjoyable stay our relatives and friends are still being regaled with our stories!

I arrived late in the evening and had some difficulty finding the house in the dark, but on ringing the house the host was very helpful and walked down to the main road to show me the way. I was immediately shown to my room which was very spacious and comfortable. The following morning breakfast was delicious (with eggs from the resident chicks) and served in the wonderful surroundings of a large oak panelled room with a large fireplace. Instead of calling a taxi for me, Hassan kindly drove me to where I parked my car the night before - i would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to friends and colleagues.

A wonderful 16th century house complete with oak panelling and huge fireplaces. Stayed in the oak room which was cosy with a large and very comfortable bed. Very friendly and interesting owner who shared the history of the house. Breakfast taken in a dining hall next to a crackling log fire. Close to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Charlecote Manor - National Trust. Local pub nearby excellent

Room Tip: Oak room or pine room on,y choose the attic if you are fit.

On arrival we we're shown straight to our room which was The Pine Room, a lovely spacious room with two windows overlooking the extensive gardens, a new bathroom has recently been fitted, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in, breakfast was ok, not a great deal of choices but cooked to order and served in the hall/dining hall, visited some family nearby in Leamington and went to Warwick Castle for the day, this house is situated in a good spot and close to these attractions.

Set in a wonderful garden this big rambling house has real period character . We stayed in the oak room , its wonderful fireplace and oak panels are topped off by a great big king size bed. Our hosts were kind and wonderfully helpful and Hassan makes a great breakfast . We will be back in the future and would prefer this to a hotel any day .
