We stayed here on the 5th October 2019. It's a very clean hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are all friendly. Food in the bar and restaurant was good. They have a nice reception area with sofas and a log fire. All in all, a nice trip and we would definitely go back again.

excellent 2 night stay...clean, friendly, and helpful would visit again. the spa facilities were excellent' the grounds were well kept and enjoyable the location to lancaster was ideal. 8 pound taxi into town

Stayed at Lancaster House, many times before and I have to say our stays just keep getting better. It was our anniversary and we had our room upgraded by Clare on reception. Room was superb, meal in the bar was great. Staff as always very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Brandon who looked after us in the evening and at breakfast. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay

It is always interesting to read the feedback from regular guests as to they will of course already have knowledge of what to expect during there stay and it is therefore always more of challenge for the team to meet and hopefully exceed these expectations. This is a wonderful hotel the staff all of them are lovely so friendly helpful and the service excellent there is a card in your room to recommend a member of staff we could not chose one as all are great if the hotel owners / manager reads this take note you have a wonderful team the food is really good we had an afternoon tea in the lounge got to be one of the best we have had anywhere you can chose three different sandwiches from a list of about six you get lovely cakes and scones with cream and jam the room service menu is anything on the bar menu which has a really good choice the sausage and mash is to die for so is the hot pot we enjoyed are stay so much we have booked again for November for a 4* hotel not over priced that’s why I put mid range in the price section
Room tip: Suites well worth the extra you have a super king.bed a bath and walk in shower

Stayed one night as I was attending an event at Lancaster University. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean and had all I needed included a great view. Tea and coffee perfect. Breakfast good. Had an early evening meal in the bar. The food was well cokked, staff helpful and welcoming. Popped into the spa for an early morning swin before breakfast and it was lovely.

Found this hotel via groupon. The rooms are very impressive. Unbelievable high standard. The free luxury items are above and beyond. Perfect entrance, roaring fire. Staff can’t help you enough. Food fantastic. Pretty much unfaultable. One thing to be picky was the shower, drifts hot and cold but that’s a know problem apparently and can’t be sorted. Other than that no complaints and will 100% return. Spa not the best we’ve ever been too but has everything you need and is included as part of the hotel.
