I was shocked and appalled at the managers attitude towards a group of young beaver scouts tonight as he turned them away because a member of his staff had made a pricing error and he refuses to honour it and was willing to loose the custom of 15 beavers and their parents who would have had to pay as well because of it, the just don't deserve the custom

Dear Sarah

Thank you so much for your review on Trip Advisor

We appreciate all the feedback our visitors give us, both the compliments and the more constructive observations, which are important for us to learn how to keep getting better. On this occasion, there was a misunderstanding about the price that was quoted to the Beaver group and we are really sorry for that. Beavers and other such youth groups do an amazing job. We love having them as our guests and they love coming to us, because we are a different, exciting and fun adventure play centre.

As a gesture of goodwill we have contacted the Beaver group concerned and have offered them a free VIP visit to us. We look forward to welcoming them very soon. We have also reviewed our group price policy, to try to ensure no misunderstandings happen in future. In a busy business like ours mistakes can sometimes happen. We are always sorry when they do, and will always try to make amends and keep our truly valued guests happy.

Thanks again for taking the time to write a review

We visited Quest over the weekend with our 19month old son and we loved it. We were shopping at Merry Hill and visited Quest to break the day up a bit. We only used the play area (Yu kids island) as our son is so young but it's a great alternative to any other play area as it's bright and colorful, lots of different things rather than normal balls and soft play. Our 19month old managed to use everything with ease and especially loved the clear bouncy part at the top of the slide. Quite pricey £5 for a hour and it did get busy but not unbearable. Not much seating space but we enjoyed walking round everything with our son so we didn't need a seat.

Thank you for your kind and also thoughtful comments. We are delighted your son enjoyed Yu Kids soft play so much. We also appreciate, and have taken onboard, your comment regarding the seating, it can get in short supply when we are busy. Thank again and we do hope you will all visit Quest again soon.

Really good activities for 5 years and under. Lots to do and you are right there with them. Safety is excellent. Check the prices as they put them up over Friday and Saturdays and on the 12th April the price shot up from £3.50 an hour to £6.00 - really bad that.

We visited as a family and as our 6 year old is tall for her age she wasn't allowed in the play area and couldn't go on the high ropes without an adult! The member of staff told us she could sit and watch the others play! They have missed a very important point that people go out as a family but you can't visit if you have a family of different ages and heights. The assistant manager kept quoting health and safety not realising I work in health and safety so know she was spouting garbage. Not impressed after driving 50 minutes to get here. Wouldn't bother with here again.
