Staff were very helpful. They quickly sorted out a problem with my booking and gave us coffee whilst we waited. We were there for a funeral each member of staff asked the following day how everything went. Very personal touch, that was much appreciated.

The Premier inn is near to Dudley Zoo, the town centre and easy to access. There are sufficient parking facilities and numerous warm welcoming bedrooms. the staff are very efficient, accommodating and helpful.
The restaurant is clean, adequately spacious, the food is exemplary, especially breakfast.
If you plan to stay here. Definitely have breakfast before you leave, It's well worth it.

I had a hastily arranged four night stay at this Hotel last week. From the minute I walked in I was made very welcome by the Staff especially Nazma who despite being around 5 feet tall and 7 stone helped me struggle with my suitcase and showed me my room.
The rooms are basic and ideal for a short stay - Comfortable beds, large bath and power shower. Small wardrobe, only one drawer though - flat screen tv, Tea & Coffee, a table and sofa.
The breakfast for £8.25 was quite reasonable and you can have as much as you want.
When I came back cold and tired from a trip to Birmingham, Naz welcolmed me back and made me a hot cuppa in the cosy dining area.
I shant hesitate to stay there again if the need calls.

stayed for one night on the 12th January. Booked in very pleasantly and efficiently. The staff seemed genuinely interested in our plans for the night. We were going to my husbands works due at the Venue restaurant. The room very very clean and tidy. The bed and pillows very comfortable.. When we returned from the restaurant we had a good nights sleep as the room was very quiet. No brilliant views but not too worried about this. The hotel is about a mile from the centre of Dudley and its uphill all the way. We are pensioners and just used our bus passes as there were buses every few minutes into the town..Not to bad to walk downhill back,
The breakfast was very good and worth the money again the staff brilliant. When we checked out the manageress Hayley personally came to see if we were okay and asked if we had a good evening.. The only negative comment I can make is that the bathroom did not have a toilet brush.

We had a 2 night stay here to visit Merry Hill and the Black Country Museum. From checking in to checking out the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Speaking with the staff they obviously take pride in delivering a good customer experience and they achieved this throughout our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast facilities. The evening menu is limited but there are plenty of eating places nearby within walking distance. The Black Country Museum is a short walk away. A fantastic experience would definitely stay again.
