“Excellent Value and service”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was very impressed with the comfort and service. The room was clean and comfortable but when I come back I will ask for a room without a connecting door because there was noise from the adjoining room. The breakfast was first class and service overall was very good, and Katie was exceptionally helpful.

Newish hotel, immaculate, friendly staff, extremely clean. We were in room 224 on the second floor and it was so quiet, it felt as though we were the only people there. Room 224 was overlooking a main road, but you couldn't hear the traffic noise. Ideally situated for nearby cinema and restaurants. Bus stop just around the corner for Birmingham city centre. Everything you could want in the room, including hair-dryer. Much superior to Travel Lodge Hotels. Lovely comfy bed and plenty of pillows and lovely duvet.

Room Tip: Room 224 was very quiet

Stayed here as my husband and I were attending a christening in the area. The hotel was spotless and what value for money, all the staff were lovely and friendly. 69.00 for two nights can't beat it. Did not eat there as there so can't comment on the food but the breakfast looked good.

Room Tip: All rooms same quality. Lovely and clean

I've stayed in five Premier Inns in UK and never been let down by one. For a budget hotel this is absolute value for money. Easy and simple, as you would expect for the price. The staff are friendly, helpful and top notch while the rooms and clean and noise free.
Breakfast served hot with polite smile from staff.
View out of window was poor but can't expect miracles.
Definite value for money and fitted a family of four easily enough.

Stayed here overnight following a party at the Village Hotel. Very friendly staff and easy booking in facilities. We enjoyed a very good night's sleep and and very hearty breakfast in the morning. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

It was easy check in. The room was nice and clean and big enough for family of 4. It is ideal location for Dudley towncentre. We all liked the full English breakfast as there was plenty of choice and a chef on hand to cook your eggs to order. Also the kids can eat free which is excellent. I would recommend the hotel for families.

Just spent 2 nights here with my husband and parents. We were visiting the Black Country Living Museum and found this hotel ideally situated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite being at the front of the hotel which overlooks the main road and roundabout. We didn't eat in the hotel but as it's on a business park there are several places within walking distance to eat (McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Nandos, Chiquitos and the Boston Fittle pub). There's also a cinema and ten pin bowling alley there.
Dudley town centre, the zoo, castle and museum are all less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
My only complaint (apart from the weather!) is that the keypad which operates the barrier when exiting the car park is difficult to reach without getting out of your car.
We had a lovely stay there and we would definitely go back.
