The hotel has a lovely homely, relaxed feeling in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable- and as quirky as you’d hope for in such an old hotel. Yes the road is noisy at the front of the building, but in a town/village centre location we would expect that. The staff are pleasant enough and I noticed much more friendly once you make the effort to be friendly to them. Breakfast, coffee shop and bar food all delicious and curry night good too. Only point I can find to mention for improvement - and I don’t know if it’s just the way old plumbing is- the water pressure filling the bath was pitiful so took forever and the taps at the basin were either cold or burning hot! But really, very a lovely stay in this beautiful part of the world.

Tasteless food , curry and lamb dinner ordered ,I was hungry. Im polite and did not complain to staff. What’s the point. I wouldn’t bother ... go somewhere else for food. No such award winning food here .More like the hotels award.

In the heart of one of The Cotswolds' prettiest places, Noel Arms offers an unbeatable location. Our room was quintessentially quaint and charming, the bed comfortable and everything was easy and relaxed. Free parking, great brekkie included, and a pleasant patio for coffee/drinks and planning the day were welcome.

Front desk service was very good, bar and restaurant rather hit and miss but generally well meaning. Smile! It may never happen...

While taking the edge off the ambience, the almost industrial fan in our room was much appreciated as temperatures were beyond English and had been for weeks.

Overall, this was decent bang for buck in high summer.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night with our dog. Room was very nice but extremely hot, even though there were two fans. We still enjoyed our stay: breakfast was good, and everything was easy with the dog.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable with large comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The hotel serves both bar and restaurant meals. I ate in the bar and the food was excellent. They also serve a good breakfast which they have won awards for..
