Very average. With a large amount of good reviews perhaps expected more. Clean, ok service and perhaps price reflects this. I did like the decor and swimming pool. Inoffensive environment and that’s about it

My partner booked this hotel for a cheeky getaway for my birthday evening.

We arrived mid afternoon and took advantage of the spa facilities (we had it to ourselves)...

Our room (18) was an absolute dream. I think they call it a ‘feature room’ and it had a free standing bath in our room which some may not like (we did!). The vaulted ceiling was fabulous, and the bed! Wow! We asked for information about the bed - I’ve never known one like it, and I’ve never had such an amazing nights sleep...

The food in the bistro was wonderful, and the service fabulous. Oh, and they brought our breakfast to our room the next morning!

We really had a wonderful stay. Super spoiled and super romantic. I’d love to go back x

Great base to visit the Cotswolds. Very peaceful and serene, with a charming garden to relax in. The breakfast is delicious and the adjacent brasserie is a good choice. I would return and definitely recommend it.

Arrived at hotel to a very warm welcome. All the staff were pleasant and professional. Our room was a good size and comfortable. We ate in the Hotel restaurant (the Fig) in the evening and was very nice. Gardens are very nice, with lots of places to sit and enjoy a drink. The Spa, is a real chill out and worth a look in. We will definitely be returning.
