We stayed as a family of five for three nights in October and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of all at the Malt house. June and Paul were very welcoming and accommodating of us as a family. The garden is beautiful and great for the children to have a run around. The location is perfect for getting to everywhere in the Cotswolds with ease. Of the many things they get right, the two best things are higher amazingly comfortable beds and superb breakfasts. 5 star quality.

When we arrived, we had to zip up to Chipping Campden for a wedding- I would have happily paid for a cab, but the owner gave us a lift up there, which was unexpected and a lovely touch. The bed was soooo comfortable, our suite delightful, and breakfast was perfect- real quality. It felt like a home from home, albeit a little calmer and quieter. We'll be staying again. Everything was just right.

My partner and I stayed here on our way South to go on holiday. What a lucky find. We were welcomed in and shown to our beautiful four poster room. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom well appointed - no shower but that forced us to relax in the bath.
We ate out at the local pub up the road on the recommendation of the owners. Nice meal and a short stagger down the hill by torchlight back.
We sat in the lounge and had a couple of drinks from the honesty bar, what a nice idea. The lounge is beautifully furnished, loved the Russian dolls.
Breakfast was lovely, I didn't try the pancakes but they did look nice on someone else's plate!
We would have no hesitation in staying here again if we are in the area. Top notch!

This has to be the best guesthouse we know. We stayed here for a week in October. Our rooms were immaculate, the beds incredible and the linen excellent. There was oodles of drawer and cupboard space and the whole place smelled of nothing but fresh air and cleanliness, - no synthetic air fresheners needed here, not even in the bathroom! Breakfasts were amazing, with lots of fresh and poached fruit. The sitting rooms were welcoming, warm and comfortable with lots of books to cater for all tastes. June and Paul are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and June's impeccable taste is apparent throughout. We were made to feel thoroughly at home here from the minute we arrived. We hope to return in the Spring!

What an excellent Stay! The breakfast is out of any league. Twelve of us celebrated a friend’s 50th, and exceptionally we had dinner (excellent quality, presentation & taste) and then relaxed in front of a log fire. The owners really make you feel at home and the rooms are furnished & decorated with a very good taste and beds extremely comfortable. One address that I do not hesitate to recommend.

Room Tip: All rooms are very nice but there is one with a 4 posted bed and also a suite with lounge available.

What an idyllic place to stay!!! Superb room, with the biggest most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Fantastic views from the bedroom window over the beautifully kept gardens. Great breakfast and plenty of it, the blueberry pancakes were a particular hit if you want something other than the full English. Brilliant service the owner couldn't do enough to make our stay any more pleasant even offering us a lift into nearby Chipping Campden on the Sunday morning to pick up our car after a party the night before. If ever you are in the area this is definitely the place to stay.
