“Authentic pub, terrific food”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

The pub with brick walls had great atmosphere, cozy and relaxed. The food was all around terrific, especially the lightly battered fish and best chips anywhere in the world, fresh garden salad with different greens, sprouts and tomatoes. Reasonable prices (GBP 10 for the fish and chips). We drove from Chipping Campden but could have walked...definitely will return!

“Warm friendly local pub”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

We visited on a rainy day an April and were immediately greeted by two warm fires in the fireplaces. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. This is very nice neighborhood pub that's very welcoming. We will definitely return. Good Value too.

“British pub with atmosphere”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

The Baker's Arms is the only pub in Broad Campden, a village just outside of Chipping Campden. Exterior and Interior have the typical Cotswolds charme. The place is small, but warm and inviting. The menu features pub food, simple and unpretentious. The food is decent, prices reasonable and service friendly.

So if you stay in The Malt House nearby and just would like to walk over and have a simple meal, you will have no regrets. If you are looking for above average food, look elsewhere.

“Excellent Pub Food”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

We ate here on our recent family break - ages from 68 to 3

The atmosphere was just what we want in a village pub - warm and friendly. The food was great and very reasonably priced and the beer was in good condition.

An easy walk from Chipping Campden. We'll be back

“What a location, not to be missed.”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

Forget about having an overpriced meal in Chipping Campden.Take a short walk into Broad Campden and try this place.Set in the tiny village of Broad Campden, about 1/2 mile walk from Chipping Campden this place is a must to visit. The pub is only small but the welcome and the food and drink are 'big'. The place is run by a mother and daughter. They made us feel so welcome and explained the history of the place. The food is unpretentious but there is plenty of it and always cooked fresh. You may have to wait a few minutes longer but it's well worth the wait.Don't miss this place.
