An enjoyable walk up to the Tower which has fantastic views on a clear day. Great place to let the children run about in the park and let off steam and then stop for tea and cake at the cafe.

We walked from Chipping Campden to Broadway and back. Took us about 3 hours each way and it was well worth it. It is easy from Chipping Campden to Broadway, but the hill coming back from Broadway to the tower liked to kill me!

Passed near the tower while walking the Cotswold Way. It's a very scenic hillside, with distant views across the Vale. Did not ascend the tower, as the view was already great from the vantage on the ground (and there were already several people on the tower). While walking up from (or down to) Broadway, note the ridges and furrows in the hillside where the sheep are grazing, left over, evidently, from medieval farming methods.

with views that stretch as far away as the Welsh Mountains, it's the perfect place to enjoy lunch outside. The deerpark is right by the outdoor cafe and shop and it's a joy to eat lunch and watch the red deer grazing so close by. The Tower is just a short easy walk away and the view from there are even more fanastic!
