Assuming this is still owned/run by the people that won Ramseys F-word in 2009-2010,as it is advertised everywhere along with the fact they have a cook book for sale(Times best seller).They really need to stop living off the past,and start by learning about customer service.Food was ok,nothing to write home about.Think the price was quite expensive,and then we had a 10% service charge added? service what service? on paying they didn't even say thank you.Maybe they think cause they add the service charge,they don't have to bother giving any service? terrible.
