Needed two rooms for a short overnight stay for an early flight. The staff are helpful and cheery, they organised a 8 seater Taxi for us to the terminal £15 pounds, rateger than £21 pounds (£3 each for the shuttle bus).
Dinner was a little slow even though we booked a table, the staff brought us out another tables meals.

On the whole a good hotel for the airport and easy access from the motorway.

Stayed for one night, the room was very clean and modern, staff were friendly and welcoming, for the low price we payed we were very impressed.
We used the restaurant and decided to go for the meal deal £22 for dinner which was excellent plus a drink and also included in the price was all you can eat breakfast, there was plenty of choices and the food was fresh and good quality. Would certainly stay again.

Room was required for only a short overnight stay, for my son and I. We were welcomed at check-in by a happy, smiling receptionist, who gave us all the info and help we needed. The room allocated to us was exactly as requested - top floor, over looking the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable - including the bathroom. All facilities worked as they should. Double glazing was very efficient, shutting out the airport noise. Breakfast was taken down in the restaurant the next morning. Remember - under 16s eat free with a paying adult, making this excellent value at £8.25. Would recommend this hotel to all. Very handy to the Runway Park also and on the local bus routes.

A very good premier inn for the airport. Booked through holiday extras and only paid extra £10.00 for car parking. Extra £6.00 for taxi to airport. Staff are cheerful and efficient, normal high quality rooms and great breakfast. On the whole a good choice for the airport.

We stayed at This Premier Inn the night before we flew on holiday and on the way home. We have stayed in this hotel before and think it is in an excellent position for the airport, rooms are excellent and there was plenty of room in them to say that there was 5 of us in there ( one was a baby). We had a problem with the electrics in our room on the way home and it was sorted within 5 mins excellent service and friendly staff. We will definately be using this hotel again.

Stayed here previously returning after a late night flight from Lanzarote, arriving at 2 am in the morning. We received a friendly welcome and a very comfortable room and wonderfully comfortable bed. In the morning we had a late breakfast with top quality products including local sausage and excellent quality bacon and home baked bread. All together an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Much better than the more expensive Hilton hotel

Not a great deal to say as was only there for one night's stay after arriving back from Lanzarote early evening. I can count on one hand the number of Premier Inns that I've stayed in, and this happens to be the best one. Very modern, airy, clean and our family room (two doubl beds) were very spacious. Uniquely it had a shower room with the toilet, and the wash basin in the room. There was a bit of noise coming from upstairs, but like with anything, just mention to reception if it gets too unbearable (which it shouldn't do). The check-in was swift and efficient - staff very friendly and helpful. There is a meal deal for the restaurant - £22 for a three course meal (starter, main and dessert) plus a drink, and includes and all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet in the morning. Excellent value considering a breakfast is £8.95, and the average price of a main meal in the restaurant is £11, average starter is £5 as is the average cost of a dessert. Kids eat breakfast for free is aged under 16 but they can't have the meal deal. I know the penny pinchers amongst you may think it's just another unnecessary expense (and would be a lot for a large family) but the value for money is worth it. We paid £51 for three people in a room, which isn't bad. Regretted not booking the airport parking with this hotel as well as it's very close to the terminals. Only thing missing was bumping into Lenny Henry!

Room Tip: The taxi driver said that this South one has better rooms than the North one (directly opposite)
