I arranged for my daughter to have birthday party at the Podium and Cloud 23. The food was fine, but this hotel really needs to get a grip on the idea of delivering what customers want. The girls were sat in a very cold doorway. When asked about the cold twice they were not offered a different seat. It took 30 minutes to get the bill. This left the girls late for their booking at Cloud 23. They were then scolded by the greeter for being late!! The girls left after one drink. I did ring the hotel and write, but they are obviuosly too busy to respond. These girls no longer think the Hilton is anything other than sour. A bit like the story of "The Kings New Clothes".
