Great Location for the MEN Arena. Good reception staff, room spotless. Large bed, 2 singles put together, but could feel the join. a little hard for our taste.
We had supper before the show, I chose a Lancashire hotpot what I got was a beef casserole with a layer of potato! Beef was well cooked but it was not a lancashire hotpot!! Hubby had liver which he said was very nice.
Enjoyed breakfast, good fresh fruit and choice of healthy or cooked food.
would stay again for the arena and shopping.

Stayed for one night for Peter Kay show. opposite the MEN. Very new and clean, room nice with big bathroom and comfy king size bed. breakfast good. Grill is a bit overpriced for evening meal.

We stayed at the Park Inn due to its proximity to the MEN, for one night only. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. Fantastic shower! Hot & powerful. Bathroom area also spotless. Throughout our short stay all staff we spoke with were helpful and seemed happy in theor work!
The hotel is really well placed for the MEN (5 mins walk) and for many eateries (Printworks). Shopping is only a few minutes further walk.
Overall a great place to stay. The only slightly negative thing could be the lack of parking. However there is an NCP carpark opposite (secure, but pricy £12.50 for 12 / 24 hrs) or a few other parking areas quite close by (5 mins or less walk). We parked in an unsecure car park right opposite the hotel for £2.00 for 24 hours with no problems.

We weren't actually booked into this hotel but it was the weekend the Hilton had no electric and relocated us!
We couldn't have asked for better! We arrived at 1.30 in the morning and were met with a very sympathetic and friendly member of staff who booked us into 2 of your suites!
The rooms were lovely. Great views across Manchester! The breakfast was nice with good service!
Staying at this hotel made up for a very disappointing weekend! Just wish we'd booked into this hotel in the first place!

Used this hotel purely as a room only stopover for a business meeting. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a shower rathern than a bathtub. The bed I had was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Had drinks in the bar which were typically priced for a city centre hotel bar. Happy to recommend this hotel in it's price category. An ideal location by the way for the MEN arena and Victoria Rail station.

stayed for i night on 12th october for Peter Kay. Hotel easy to find, check in was quick and easy. Room clean, view a bit disappointing, back of the hotel. Had a look at the pool which looked lovely, didnt have time to try though. Had a fe w drinks in the bar after the show, drinks expensive but good atmosphere in the bar area. Breakfast choice was good, food hot. Staff pleasant and would recommend this hotel. Will go again.

I booked this hotel for its location as I was going to see Peter Kay at the MEN arena, lt couldn't have been closer. Reception staff were fantastic had a great check in experience. However the disappointment hit when I reached the room the beds were small and very badly made with ill fitting sheets making for a very bad nights sleep.
Breakfast the next day the selection was excellent although waited a long time to get tea and coffee.
When I returned home I emailed the hotel to complain about the rooms and had a very swift reply and was very satisfied with what was said I do believe this was a blip on what was an extremely busy weekend, I will return at some point as it is situated so well to enjoy Manchester to it's fullest
