“Convenient, clean, and good value.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 February 2012

Stayed here for just one night a few weeks ago - booked it as we saved 35% on the price thanks to a voucher code which made it very good value for money. It really was just being used as a crash pad for a night out - but it served its purpose well.

Rooms are well laid out, have enough space to hang your clothes and move around - the room had a double bed plus a sofa and desk so plenty of space for two people. Bathroom was very modern with a large shower cubicle. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is well located, and made a great base for shopping and then heading out for the night. Oxford Road and Piccadilly train stations are within walking distance so it’s very easy to get to. I didn’t sample the breakfast or room service so I can’t comment on those.

I would definitely use the hotel again if it were just a case of somewhere to sleep rather than a luxury weekend or big occasion - It makes an ideal crash pad.

stayed for 2 nights on 20/21 Jan 2012 friendly and efficient reception staff. 10th floor room was modern and clean, comfortable bed good bathroom no bath but good large shower cubicle. was pretty warm up there on 10th so used aircon all night which wasnt the quietest ive ever come across, other guests commented at breakfast about the same thing in their room??? other than that a great room. Adequate breakfast, basic, english style buffet, gets busy later expect a queue after 9.30. Small bar limited draught beers but good to met for first drinks before hitting the town. as usual town centre car parking is a fortune and is an extra at NCP but a handy place if you coming by train. overall a decent place to stay we would def stay again

Well located, relatively new, and comfortable rooms. That being said the standard of service was unacceptable. No televisions for 2 nights despite reporting it broken. No follow up, no room change, nothing! A maid entered the room and helped herself to the spare key! The breakfast cereal was not replenished. Although the hotel offers free internet to Priority Club Platinum members this facility was only advised on check out; useless! And to top it all there was the ultimate nickel and dimeing by wanting to charge £3.00 to leave a bag. That when the hotel was being given the benefit of a very early check out!

Overall this was a very poor property. There are better hotels in Manchester, I'd suggest going to one of those for decent value for money.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Great location near the Palace theatre, short stroll to china town. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice big showers. We will be staying again at this hotel in the future.
