We went to the Bewleys before our Holiday. The mini bus picked us up from the train station. The driver was very friendly. The hotel reception was a bit strange and we thought that breakfast was included in the price of the room but found it was not so that was an extra 20 pounds we had to pay. Plus evening meal topay for. The meal was very good. The restraunt The Brassiere was very cold to sit for very long. The meal was lovely. Far to much for me to eat. The room was very nice. Cosy. Tea and coffee facility was in a drawer but at least there was that facility. The tv was good. Shower and toilet was very clean. Guests were a bit noisy. Lovely view. Could see flights taking off. Breakfast was good but some of the food was cold. No choice of a bread roll. Had to ask for fried egg. Some of the crockery was chipped. But overall a very good place. The luggage weigher did not work and cost a pound. So dont waste money on that.

Room Tip: Ask if you want a quieter room. Very help ful and accomodating

Dear Reviewer,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on Tripadvisor. I am sorry that you thought your booking included breakfast and recommend that you use our direct booking service at the hotel in future to ensure your booking is made exactly to your requirements. The breakfast buffet is constantly replaced to ensure we keep the food fresh. I will investigate your comments regarding the chipped crockery and luggage weigher. Once again, I would like to thank you as it is by receiving comments such as this we are able to monitor and improve the service that we provide.

Great hotel and service but the car was chewed to bits by mice ,nightmare!
! Be aware of this, when booking this cost us a few quid in new car seat covers a and car mats and also wireing not to forget being terrified whilst driving the car for the first few weeks after arriving home. Be aware this could happen too you!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that your car appears to have been invaded by mice. I am at a loss to explain quite how this may have happened as this is the first and only time we have received a review of this nature and we park and care for over 700 cars a month. I am encouraged, however, to read that you were happy with the hotel and the service we provide. I sincerely hope that this incident has not deterred you from staying at the hotel in the future.

Stayed here a couple of times before flights and it's generally good value. Fast and efficient pickup service from the train station and to the terminal the following morning. We had room 139 and the heating wasn't working (it was the first night that the weather turned cold in the UK in Jan 2013). Reported to the front desk about 6.45pm, no one came to the room until 8.20pm and she agreed it wasn't working and would try and get us into a different room. By 10pm we'd heard nothing and decided just to get on with it as by then we just wanted to try and get some sleep before our flight the next morning. Reported it again to reception on check out and she apologised, made a written record for maintenance and to bring it to the attention of management. We haven't heard anything since, at least not by email. Shame, spoilt what is a decent airport hotel. What particularly annoyed us was that when we initially reported the fault the woman on reception seemed to indicate that they'd had problems with the heating inthat room before, a view that appeared to be echoed by the woman in the 8.20pm visit (who didn't even say sorry for our inconvenience).

Dear Guest,

I would like to apologise for the lack of heating in your room and our maintenance team have been made aware of the issue. I am disappointed that the reception team were unable to solve the problem for you when you stayed and that this is the first time I have been made aware of your comments. So we may apologise directly please contact my assistant by email at administrator.manchesterairport@bewleyshotels.com.
Kind regards
Allison

Needed for an overnight stay and 6am flight.
Just about enough space in the car park, but don't bank on it.
Very friendly and efficient at check-in, even with trainee being guided.
Clean, warm and comfortable room. Meets all the basic needs.
Will use again for early flights.

Stayed one night en route to Australia takes the stress out of leaving home early, getting stuck in traffic etc. Stay was better than last time room much more up to date and roomy. Only gripe is people who insist and banging there doors do they not realise there are other people in rooms trying to sleep

Stayed for one night prior to our holiday. The check in was very efficient and we were in our room within 10 mins. We ate in the bar and had a few drinks. the food was reasonably priced and lovely. The drinks were a bit pricey but hey ho, we were on holiday! This was a last minute decision and we had already booked a meet and greet, so the following morning we drove to the terminal to drop the car off. Next time, we will book the hotel and the car park together. The breakfast was lovely too. We will def book again. Oh and the beds are really comfy.

A room for the night and ten days parking cheaper than a taxi, great when you have a six am checking will defiantly use again.
5 Mins to T2 on the hotel bus just let them know what time you want a lift, they pick you up as soon as you land, £40 cheaper than the Hilton
