Stayed one night preflight. Room was fine (2 double beds for 3 of us), spacious, plenty of supplies. Transfer to airport at 4.30am no problem - didn't have to wait at all. On return to UK waited about 10 minutes for pick up.
Only niggle is check in! The woman on the priority desk was sorting out a future booking for a guest - we queued behind him for nearly 15 minutes before giving in and queueing again at an ordinary desk. When we were eventually served the chap asked us to wait away from the desk whilst he checked whether the room was ready. As the room was meant to be available from 2pm, and it was 7.30pm, this seemed out of order. Luckily (for him) the room was free, although when we got to it the decorators had obviously been in and had half finished!
Although the rate for room and parking is good, next time we will try the Radisson.More
