I stayed in a normal double for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly, and the communal rooms e.g. lobby restaurant were pleasant. The Hotel as a whole was clean and well decorated with some nice art work. The downsides would be if your on the top floor you do get a constant hum of air conditioning and there car park is not very big although i got lucky and found a space on both occasions. They provided a very decent breakfast in the morning.

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night last week.

I cannot praise this Hotel enough, as I work within the industry I deffinetly know what I'm talking about. The cleanliness, great service, fantastic facilities, warmth and friendliness of the staff was the best we have had ever.

If your looking for a relaxing stay or just a bed for the night after going out...stay here, will visit again ASAP.

We stayed one night in this Manchester airport hotel before our very early morning flight and got a good deal booking direct with the hotel. Having arrived at the train station, we used the courtesy phone to call the hotel and the mini bus was with us within 5 minutes. (Note that it is a little far to walk from the train station to the hotel, especially with luggage, so make use of the courtesy bus). Reception was swift and efficient as we had luckily just arrived before a large group of people. Our room was clean, spacious and well very equipped with plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee making – a life saver at 4am – and courtesy bottled water. We ate in the bar/restaurant and we would pronounce the food standard pub grub – nothing special , a tad expensive, but fine all the same. After a good nights sleep, the early morning call came as promised and the courtesy bus soon dropped us at our terminal.
The next time we have an early start from Manchester, we will certainly use this hotel – it does exactly what it should and we recommend it.

For the money, this is one one the best hotels to stay at at Manchester Airport.

Better class than your budget hotels, but not as good (or as pricey) as the Radisson.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, just the job for an overnight stay prior to your flight or on arrival in Manchester.

Parking arrangements are satisfactory and good value if booked as a park and stay deal.

Two restaurants to choose from, tried them both on different trips. One a traditional restaurant serving english food, one oriental (which is excellent, but service can be a little slow).

Free bus transfers provided both to and from airport. Allow plenty of time though - can be a little s-l-o-w.....we had to phone twice for our return trip to pick up the car.

Recommended if you get a good price, but dont expect top notch service.

We stayed for one night prior to a holiday and leaving the car for 7 nights. Overall, the experience was fine although the service was very hit and miss, disinterested reception staff vs attentive bar staff. The room was nice and very clean although the previous occupants room service detritus remained outside the door for all of our stay. On checking out someone els's bar bill was added to our account which took some sorting. On return the bus arrived really quicklyand we were able to be on out way home within minutes which was very efficient. I would happily happily stay here again, but equally I would be happy to try out one of the other hotels at the airport.

Travelling with a colleague, we arrived late into Manchester T1 and called the hotel to collect us using the Courtesy Phone. They collected us within 5 minutes. The room was pleasant, clean and more importantly very comfortable after a busy day. The room had relaxation toiletries and the bed was comfy...exactly what was required.
Breakfast the next morning was OK and check-out relatively smooth. The location of the hotel was a big plus, and the advertised rates for Stay, Park and Go seemed very reasonable. I'll be staying there again when using Manchester Airport.

We stayed here for a night after a family wedding, we were really pleased with our room, lovely decoration ,every thing you could need i.e tea/coffee,great toileteries, hairdryer, dressing gown, iron and board. We have stayed in other chain hotels ,but they have not been half as comfortable as the Crowne Plaza. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in and two pillows each without asking. The breakfast in the morning was well cooked and of good quality ,most things on the buffet that you would select .
