“Come and see for yourself”
Reviewed 27 December 2012

Walked through this square during our Christmas market tour. Have not been here for many years but it is lovely to see that it is still a well kept part of Manchester.
A touch of nostalgia-how many of you used to visit the Kardomah cafe here?
Went into St Ann's Church and enjoyed sitting there listening to the rehearsals for the carol concert.
The square is a few minutes away from Selfridges and Harvey Nicks so you can enjoy the old and the new.

“Not much of interest most of the time.”
Reviewed 27 December 2012

It is usually a pleasant traffic-free square with outdoor seating on which to rest or eat lunch.
There is an excellent Christmas Market in December, although this means it is too busy to use as a thoroughfare.

“i love this place”
Reviewed 22 December 2012

It feels nicer than Albert Square and during summer becomes lively. Plenty of good shops or food options.
Closer to market street so if you get bored, you can easily slide away
