Great day out. Lots of various stalls
Enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere.
Plenty of different eating places with beers mulled wines and hot drinks.

Underrated and beautiful wedding venue in city centre- easy to find and lost of hotels nearby.
Beautiful architecture, and food is excellnt, far beyond what you would expect from a council run venue.
If you look at one piece of art in Manchester, make it the Ford Maddox Ford murals in the Town Hall - just stunning!
Visited on 31 July 18. Unfortunately, it was closed for public entries due to ongoing refurbishment. It will open in 2024, so long way to go.
From outside, it is stunning looking building incorporating Victorian gothic style design.
Frustratingly, even better designed interiors couldn't be explored due to the refurbishment works.
Hope to go back once refurbishment process is complete.
Access is restricted but it is still worth seeing inside. If you are lucky and you go one day if you are allowed to enter, I recommend having a coffee inside of it.
This is a beautiful building, now closed for major works.
It is, when open, a working building which explains why it is not possible to allow public access to the whole of the building when it was open.I am not a mancunian by birth, but am pleased to have such a building in my city of adoption
