Stopped on sunday night as we were going to a concert at MEN. Could not fault the hotel good friendly staff, great room would stop there again one of the best hotels stopped in for a long time,
There is no on site car park and the bar prices are very pricey but still worth the money.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, both for work and for pleasure, and I always find the hotel perfect both in accommodation and service. The hotel is in a perfect location in Manchester city centre. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and with a modern touch. The views into the city are breathtaking.
The bar is fun and busy at weekends with delicious cocktails.
The service for the whole experience is great.

Room Tip: Get a room looking to the city for great views.

We stayed here on the Friday for The Stone Roses gig. We arrived just after 14.30 and the queue for check in was huge so we went for a drink in the bar while we waited. The queue looked to be moving quick but more people kept joining. It probably took about 30 minutes once we joined but I think we just checked in at the wrong time on a busy day and it didn't detract from the rest of our stay.
We stayed in one of the Alfresco suites on floor 12 (1210 I think) the room was fantastic with a separate seating area. The room had a balcony with table and chairs and a couple of sunloungers. The view was to back of the city centre over looking the GMEX. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was a wet room and the shower was good, all very modern and clean.
Breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
I think this could be my new favourite hotel in Manchester and will definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel for one night for our fifth wedding anniversary.

The hotel is in a very central location and accessible to all amenities.

Both the facade of the building as well as the reception, restaurant and bar areas are extremely impressive. The bedrooms were also very modern and impressive.

We did arrive early and although their were no rooms available, we are able to register our details and store our luggage. The reception staff were extremely helpful and offered to call us should any rooms become available before the normal check in time.

We did not eat in the hotel but did have a drink in the bar where again the service and hospitality was excellent.

As a special treat for our anniversary there was choclate and strawberries waiting in the room when we arrived. Again, an excellent touch.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both a business and leisure stay.
