We stayed over the easter weekend saturday and sunday night and what a fantastic hotel. Upon check-in we were made to wait 5 or so
minutes, not a problem for most people including us. As a result we were given breakfast for the 2 of us for both mornings we were there!
Reception then gave us a free upgrade to a city view room on the 9th floor which was brilliant! An hour in and a tiny amount of water had appeared by the window coming from the room above. A quick call to reception and they had us moved to an alfresco suite called 'ray'. Huge room with balcony, 50 inch tv etc.
Cant fault this hotel in anyway. Gorgeous rooms. Faultless service. Fantastic spa. Great location 2 minutes from the city center. Everything about it is 5*. Really lovely way to spend a weekend away!
