“Fab stay. Amazing spa”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2014 via mobile

I stayed overnight with with my sister in law to celebrate our birthdays & generally relax with spa treatments. Warm professional welcome at reception, lovely rooms & efficient & friendly room service. Shannon in the spa is fantastic, great customer service , so kind & helpful. We bought some candles for on the room & oils & received a free facial packs & discount vouchers hand delivered to the room by Shannon. Would absolutely stay here again, everyone professional & customer orientated. .

Stayed at this hotel when Robbie Williams was in town. Firstly we where upgraded for free to a city view room, result. We got to the room, it was spacious, clean and had a massive comfortable bed.

Had our tea in the restaurant, we ate from the steak and lobster menu and the food was superb accompanied with excellent service. Breakfast was also superb, full English or continental.

All round brilliant hotel, would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. On arrival we were greeted by smiling, friendly staff, check in was quick and easy, slight mix up with our room (we requested a walk in shower but were given a room with shower over bath) but this was quickly sorted. Had afternoon tea which was lovely, plenty of it and a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. As it was raining the 1st evening (we had already got wet wandering around that afternoon exploring!!) we decided to eat at the hotel and ate in the Steak and Lobster restaurant, we had the ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly and came with unlimited fries and salad. Breakfast was wonderful with a huge choice of hot and cold food to choose from, a great start to the day! The hotel is centrally located which was brilliant for getting around, short walk to the Arndale Centre and Cathedral and only a couple of minutes from the nearest tram station for Salford Quays. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. The rooms are a good size and the bed is very comfortable and our bathroom with walk in shower was plenty big enough. The rooms have a proper sized iron and ironing board which is great if like me you hate having to iron before you pack!! We had to keep the fan on the room to keep it cool as the windows didn't open and it would've been nice to have a choice of sparkling water in the room as well as still (though we were given some when requested). There was an ice machine in the corridor which was great for cold drinks. All the staff made you feel welcome at all times and were polite and friendly. Special mention to Paul the concierge who sorted our room mix up, arranged for sparkling water to be sent to our room and was a font of all knowledge with details of where to eat, drink and visit and how to get there!! Thanks. The only disappointment was the addition of the service charge added to all the bills, but this seems to be a common theme amongst larger hotels.

Room Tip: Higher floors have the better views.

Stayed one night in Radisson at the weekend and cannot say enough good things about it, soon has entering hotel we were treat like royalty, staff were so polite and efficient but always had smiles on faces, our room was spotless and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious and I am a fussy eater

Trying to come up with a reason to return to Manchester and stay at this great hotel, but this time for more than one night

I came here with my wife and I can swear that everything is perfect! The breakfast, as well, top quality. Although, my wife love the fact that the city center's mall is quite near to this hotel lol... I did'n care about this so much, but I love the fact that she was happy about it.

My mum often stays here whilst on business and I came along with her as she always raves about it especially the staff. She was right. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are also. They are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

In particular Harry in the steak and lobster restaurant. He looks after his guests brilliantly always there to help and nothing is too much trouble for him. I know that when my mum comes to Manchester on her own in the future she will be looked after like a queen by the great staff here.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the spa is great. I would definitely stay here again
