Great service. Whenever I needed to ask for anything I was impressed that someone would be knocking on my door within minutes with whatever i needed. Very comfortable although I found the knobs on the cupboards very difficult to grip.

Stayed one night (10.3.09) to celebrate my wife's birthday. Room was very comfortable and to the standard of other Radisson hotels we have stayed in. Nothing really to complain about but our plan to eat in Opus restaurant was thwarted because it doesn't open on Sundays!! However this did give us the opportunity to eat in San Carlo restaurant next to House of Fraser, which more than made up for the disappointment.

In our room, some stains on the carpet and rust showing in the shower area; no hairdryer and an empty shower cap box; no biscuits with the tea/Coffee facility but none of this spoiled our stay. Breakfast area is 'cosy' and I suspect this could make for difficulty in negotiating around the area with plates and drinks if it was busy. Overall, a very good hotel where I will stay again. Certainly more than 4* but not quite 5*

    Thank you for your comments.

Our Hairdryers are located the cabinets above the sink.

Opus restaurant is closed on Sunday's but our Alto restaurant is open.

I have stayed here a couple of times now and each time the room has been immaculate and comfortable. The rooms are big with really comfortable beds and unlke many modern hotels you cant hear your neighbours which is a bonus too.

The staff were friendly and the breakfasts are expensive but very nice.

If I could afford it this would always be my number one choice for hotel in manchester.

Hotel - rooms were designer led, high quality bathrooms and fittings. Beds were very comfortable! Excellent/good facilities. Rooms did tend to get warm as we turned air conditioning off at night as fans were noisy.

    Hotel cocktail bar great.

Staff on whole were very friendly and helpful, exception to this was the breakfast staff.

Parking at NCP - recommend that you use hotel's conceriege facility.

Hotel breakfast - buffet style - lacks inspiration.

Walking distance for heart of Manchester's shopping district and restaurants.

    Great hotel.

The Radisson, Manchester is a modern hotel with excellent facilities including a reasonably sized swimming pool. The staff are all extremely polite, helpful and pleasnt. Breakfast is better quality than other similar hotels. The rooms are extremely well equipped and a good size. I was on the 12th Floor and it was very quiet at night. There are three lifts and they are very quick so being on a high floor is not a problem. Free internet access is especial;y useful and I am amazed that (unlike the Radisson) some other hotels still charge for this
