We visited here around 5.30pm on a Wednesday before watching a movie.
The atmosphere was great. Good decor and the music was appropriate.
The table and chairs felt cheap and were too small and wobbly.
The service was ok, but this is a Nando's style restaurant where you choose your meals and order and pay at the till. We had three different people attend our table so didn't really get to know any one of them. This was a disappointment for us as the staff in Almost Famous' previous address were awesome.
The food was amazing. On this occasion there was no drop in standard foodwise from its former residence. We both had the Triple Nom with bacon bacon fries.
We will definitely return here as treat as I'm sure there are several days worth of calories in just one meal! Highly recommended

We came here for something to eat before a show at the arena and we were not disappointed ! We arrived around 5pm and had a 10 minute wait for a table, we were directed to the upstairs bar and received a text when our table was ready ! We ordered 2 burgers I have forgotten what they are called now but omg they were unreal ! They were full of flavour and cooked to perfection ! We also ordered pig out waffles which were to die for ! The food is soooo rich and tasty we were so impressed! The prices are not bad either for what you get! We ordered a Sundae for pudding to share and this was small and a bit disappointing as there was only one scoop of ice cream in it :( ! Over all I wouldn't let this put me off and I would defiantly return ! It was a great experience and the burgers were excellent !

I had great expectations for Almost Famous, but it seems the fire at the previous location has drummed up publicity and hype for the wrong reasons, ultimately blind siding people when what really matters is if they can produce great tasting burgers, from my two separate visits they are very average.
