I have stayed here twice and while there's not a lot to say about the rooms - typical Premier Inn; clean, comfortable, cheap - it's worth staying here because of a) its proximity to the station and city centre and b) more importantly, the lovely, helpful, friendly staff, especially the magnificent Niall on reception! They all made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

Thank you for your return visit to Piccadilly Premier Inn.

It is a pleasure to welcome returning guests to the hotel. It is fantastic to see our locality to the station helps your trips but most important that the team are supportive on your visits. I will ensure Niall receives your feedback as he will be delighted to see your comments.

We look forward to welcoming you again soon!

Stayed here last month for one night on a business trip. The room was very spacious and clean. Had a lovely view. The staff were very helpful and friendly and showed me how to check in on the fancy machines! It is in a fantastic location right in the centre.

The restaurant was lovely too and the staff there were super friendly.

Would definatley stay here again.

Stayed one Saturday night. Prices were up due to the Tories conference band wagon in town - anyway I was there to demonstrate against them so goes with the territory, so to speak! Extremely well placed hotel just a quick case lug from the station and central to all amenities. Rather sparse reception area with security guards - oh dear I thought - but then was fine. Room excellent; comfortable, clean certainly met the chain's standards and despite being a nice warm almost street party night, quiet. It faced inwards but the road outside is not busy. Evening meal in the bar was acceptable, but usual restricted veggie choice made worse by one being not available - pasta this time. Rhone wine at £13.00 was good value. Staff excellent but overworked and shorthanded. Bar was friendly and comfortable. Breakfast excellent - veggie sausages best yet.

Thank you so much for your recent review to the hotel.

We pride our selves on customer care and reasons why we have security on every day from 5pm through to the morning hours. This helps our guests have a great night sleep and monitoring the noise levels through out the night with patrol walks of the building. They do a fantastic job welcoming guests and ensuring everyone manages to sleep well.

Fantastic to see our location and value for money on our restaurant offerings
suited your visit and we will hopefully see you in the near future.

Check in was really fast on arrival. I was given the room I had requested so I was delighted 1109 on top floor with lovely views over the city. As with all premier Inn the room was perfect for what we needed comfortable bed and pillows tea coffee facilities hair dryer and TV. Wifi is available you get 30min free per day with the option to pay for a day pass the speeds were very good. The only this I would say that was missing from the room was an iron.
The location is excellent it's about 3 minutes walk from piccidilly station and about 5 minutes from piccidilly gardens and the Arndale center.
We ate in the restaurant one night for dinner staff were very friendly and polite and girl had forgotten to drop us over the desert menu we had been waiting about 10 minutes when she remembered us and she offered us a complementary doing at the bar for our wait wait which was an unexpected gesture. The food was good. Breakfast is buffet style and has many options and is very nice.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel should we visit Manchester in the future.

There were no surprises as this is a typical Premier Inn. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location 10 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly. It looked as if it was brand new and was spotlessly clean.

Over the Sept and beg of Oct I spent in this hotel, on and off around 15 nights, mostly weekdays. Hotel is large enough and guest are spread well so I never experienced any issues with noisy neighbours. Staff is always friendly and helpful both at the reception and the restaurant. Thanks to Cezar and the breakfast team I always had a great start of the day.
I'd have given 5 starts but I think the room rates are bit on the expensive side and recently experienced issues with wireless connectivity.

Thank you so much for your recent review to the hotel.

It is great to see such a lovely review . Our rates remain competative to the city and with our £29.00 room rates bookable online remain to an allocation, which is on a first come first serve basis. They do get taken very quickly espcially around event dates. Some days these remain up until the day of arrival but does depend on what events go on in the city.

The Wifi is currently being investigated through our provider as some areas of the hotel on investigation is not providing a stronger enough signal which will be resolved over the coming days.

I will certainly get your comments passed to Cezar as I know it will be a delight for him to see he provided you with this service.

Fantastic to see our location suited your visit and we will hopefully see you in the near future.

Just spent Sat night at this hotel as we went to a gig at the M.E.N arena. The booking details said check in time was 2pm, however the staff were excellent and checked us in straight away. I asked for directions to M.E.N and reception kindly explained best way and provided us with an easy map. Room was spotless and lovely. Hair dryer in room so no need to take one.
Piccadilly train station literally round the corner, About 10min walk onto main shopping area, Arndale centre etc, close to Northern Quarters for wine bars and food. M.E.N a little further, approx 20min walk from hotel.
Good thing is you don't have to check out until 12pm, we left our bags at reception and paid £8 for an all you can eat breakfast and costa coffee.it was fab, again friendly staff, lovely breakfast area, cosy and relaxing, just what we needed after a big night. Fab all round, but should be for £109 per night (not including breakfast).
