Stayed her in June for the weekend. This is the second time we have stayed here and again we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are great on reception. Rooms good food good would recommend to anyone. Only down side is the bar service is very slow in the afternoon as it doesn't seem fully staffed and the bar dies nor stay open late.

We stayed here last week and found the reception staff most welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in a family room on the 5th floor which was to the side of the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and all condiments were available. The breakfast was lovely, ample choice with friendly and welcoming staff. A special mention to the young female receptionist whose name escapes me, she was very knowledgable regards the local area and is a credit to premier inn. On a downside the noise of the trams was very loud, with both windows closed, the rubbish is collected from the area directly below the room and was very loud at 6am, following that a ridiculously loud PA from the gym on the lower floor blasted out from 7am. We did not complain as the staff were so nice.

Room Tip: Select a room at the back of the hotel if you want a quiet night, especially if you take children.

It is what it is for a cheap few nights accomodation. The best thing about this hotel has to be the location your a short walk from the train station n 100 yards up the road is manchester city centre. No complaints from us.

We stayed for 2 nights, visiting Manchester to do the Coronation Street Tour. Arriving by train to Piccadilly Station, this Premier Inn was a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient. We arrived at the PI before 10.00am hoping to drop off our bags, but the very helpful lady on reception gave us a room straight away (we had checked in online from home the day before). This was a very welcome bonus, and at no additional cost for early check in. Room was spotless, comfortable and was perfect for our visit. Reception staff always helpful with directions, maps, etc. Cleaning staff also very helpful and all staff at this PI are helpful, smiling and obliging.

We got a great nights' sleep each night, really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again. Wifi was free for 30 mins daily, and £3 24/hr day for 2 devices. Well worth it. We didn't eat here, so can't comment on this. Perfect for the Coronation Street Tour (20 mins walk) or free shuttle bus every 10 mins from the Train Station. Few minutes walk from the Arndale Shopping Centre where you could spend all day! Also few mins walk from the Manchester Wheel, which was unfortunately not working during our visit.

Would highly recommend.

A Premier Inn but one with friendly and helpful staff.
A good night's sleep in quiet rooms and easily reachable from Piccadilly Station. Close to the trendy Northern Quarter. Good value for money and the breakfast is fine

Nice hotel, just a few minutes walk from Manchester centre. Stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids, with all-you-can-eat breakfast included, all for under £90. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing I can complain about.
