Tricky to find for a manchester novice, but worth the hunt.
Tucked away on a little side street, just 4 tiny tables but my word what a find. If you love chocolate pay a visit. Small but perfectly formed menu, coffee, tea or a divine hot chocolate (several flavours including salted caramel, chilli hot chocolate and aztec spice) and to go with it, some of the FABulous flourless chocloate cake OR one of their lovely brownies with a choice of topping. We had the pistachio brownie. A slice of the chocolate cake will set you back £4 so not cheap, BUT one slice will serve two people as it is very rich.
Atmosphere is lovely, owner/chocolate maker, lovely lady in 50s dress and very friendly male. Dark brown walls add to the chocolately ambience.
If you've not quite had enough chocolate by this point, take some of the pink salt caramel chocolates home with you, and experience the wonderful explosion of taste as their molten centre. Expensive at £1.40 per chocolate, but go on ... treat yourself!
