Stayed here as part of a hen group last weekend and was very impressed with everything about the hotel ! Rooms were spotlessly clean with everything we needed and were a very large size (which was great for 4 girls sharing a room !). Beds were sooooo comfy, and there was very little noise from outside which was surprising given its location! We all slept really well (which wasnt just down to the drinks ;-) )
Staff were so friendly, especially the cleaners who always said hello :-) George on the door was incredibly helpful with luggage and advice on where to go in the city.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but did try the cocktails which were delicious and I would highly recommend going down for at least one ! The bar is very nicely decorated with a great ambience , and again friendly and efficient staff !
The hotel itself is in a perfect location to get to EVERYWHERE in the city centre ! Within a 5 min walk there is the Arndale shopping centre, market street, canal street, deansgate locks, China town and most other places you'd want to visit to be honest :)

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as the most important things I need from a hotel is cleanliness, efficiency, and a good location and this hotel had it all ! I would also try looking at their own website for prices as I got it cheaper than the other booking websites :-)

Hotel Arora is very conveniently placed in Chinatown, so it's easy to get to most locations in the city centre. The reception staff are very efficient, ehlpful and friendly. Parking is quite reasonable at £16 for 24 hours, just a couple of minutes' walk away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Would recommend this hotel to couples and business people.

Chose this hotel because of location and reviews on tripadvisor and wasn't disappointed. We stayed there as a family of 4 with older children as we were attending a football match. A lovely building in a very pleasant area in easy walking distance to station, shops and metro. Reception staff were extremely polite and friendly, room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and again staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was that we only stayed one night. Excellent value and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed here while on a course in the city centre.

Room was very clean, well furnished and had all the extras I would expect. Lighting left a little to be desired, as it was rather gloomy over by the desk. The reception team were friendly, helpful, and well informed.

I would certainly consider staying there again.

2nd visit to this hotel, happy to return after the 1st visit. Upgraded to an executive room, very clean and comfortable. Staff uniformly excellent in their service, and happy to assist with any issue, however trivial.

I had to stay here at the weekend on business, unfortunately the hotel was booked for me by the company that i was working for, so idid not have a choice.
I probably would not have booked it myself and after staying there, would not stay there again and would not recommend it, mainly because of the noise.
I am not sure if there is a bar/club attached to the hotel, but it was so noisy that i found it near impossible to sleep, not good at all!!
On a positive note, the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the girl that was on the desk when i arrived.
