Good location and receptionist very helpful when I requested a quiet room at the rear over looking the car park.
I appreciate the temperatures have been a little on the warm side, but that should be no excuse for the rooms being extremely warm. A fan had been provided to attempt to reduce the heat but absolutely useless.
Reported this to same receptionist the following morning and that we had a poor night.
She said they would put another fan in the room and ensure the curtains were kept closed to keep the direct sunlight out.
Had a better night's sleep the second night probably helped by a couple of pints and athletics event all day.
Gave receptionist and another member staff feedback but no offer of a nights refund made by the staff so thought I'd post here and write a complaint to the head office.
No air con unit in room, just a connector heater. Thermostat on wall as useful as a chocolate teapot. Room temp 27.5°C.

Or feed your appetite for shopping at Bury's famous shopping centre and market. Party like mad at Manchester Pride festival, or celebrate a win at Old Trafford.
