I cannot fault this Hotel. It is in a City Centre location but you dont hear any noise from outside. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast buffet we had was lovely and the choice was varied.

Usual premier inn getting a little dated but clean. It does what it says on the tin but the young team of staff there are really pleasant and extremely willing to help, even without asking and a joy in this day to find. Well impressed

Hotel is conveniently located close to Oxford Road station, which was handy for us, as we were travelling from Scotland. It was my first visit to Manchester and the hotel had clearly been refurbished, so the room was very nice (on the third floor). On the night we arrived, we took advantage of the Meal Deal - I had the Steak and Chips, provided with mushrooms - and I must say that the meal really was value for money.
The hotel is also close to the city centre, which has a really good selection of shops. Also ideal for Man United fans as Old Trafford is in close proximity as well.
Overall, the staff in the hotel are very nice and helpful to you, and give useful advice to those visiting the city.

We stayed whilst going to a concert having stayed here a number of times. We were given one of the newly refurbished rooms (327) and it was fantastic. The room was very big for a premier Inn. The standard of refurb was excellent. I thought we were the first people to stay in this room but I'm sure we were not. The new beds and TV were fab but I especially liked the purple light on top of the bed head- very relaxing and the light round the mirror. The make up table and mirror light was something I thought was missing from the old rooms. Really want to recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay here again. Never thought I'd say this about a premier Inn.

Now I know where it is and how easy the parking is, I will definitely come again. I would like to see a map of how close the car park is in relation to the hotel in advance as this is always a major concern whenever travelling to a city centre. A bigger sign would also help. Easy once you know though.

Arrived early to attend Grillstock festival. No problems leaving our bag before heading out and also no problem about leaving our bag the following day prior to departure from Manchester. Front of hotel staff (in particular Sue), extremely pleasant and efficient. We were allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms, which are lovely. The beds are even more comfortable and at no time did we hear any noise outside the room.

Stayed here for a working week on business. The hotel was having the new premier inn refurb and looks very good for it. The rooms seem of a good size and really comfortable. It's great you get a nice big tv now too. All in all a really decent room to be a base for a week. What really set the hotel apart from some others of a similar price band was the restaurant and the staff in it. We had the bonus of having buy 1 get 1 free on drinks which was great. The staff who worked there were very welcoming and really easy to get on with. The food was always decent. The reception staff were also very helpful when I needed them. The location is really good too with if being only a ten minute walk from the Armadale and all the main Manchester Central locations.
