I have stayed at this hotel twice over the course of the last 6 months. Having experienced issues (which on the first stay were appropriately resolved), the most recent visit cemented my view of the hotel.
To experience issues the second time I stayed was quite a surprise, especially after the duty manager refused to put any effort into ensuring we had a good stay. A 10,000 points “apology” after experiencing issues with the online app, extremely poor customer service at the check in desk, faulty equipment in the room and a poor choice of food for someone with an intolerance are all issues which could have been easily resolved.
- Declining customer service
- Fuxtures in the room are becoming dated and worn
- Lack of food for guests with intolerances
