Did the walk featuring St Anne's Church and the John Rylands Library yesterday. Found the walk to be very interesting. Our leader Ed was very enthusiastic about the history of the buildings and had obviously done his research. he took us through some of the old passageways to get from the church to the library and pointed out places of interest on the way.
The tour lasted just under 2 hours and the group size of 13 ensured that everyone could hear what Ed had to say.
I have been to both the church and the library before but the walk gave me a lot more information especially on the history of the buildings.
The company run a wide range of tours and would be more than happy to do another, They cost £7 which considering they last a couple of hours is reasonable value for money.
