We treated our mum for her birthday ....after visiting granada corrie years ago and having a fab time we weren't expecting too much but we have had a lovely day . You must book your tickets first don't bother wasting time trying to shop around for cheaper tickets all are one price £16.50. it is really well organised when you arrive no waiting around. The guide we had was excellent his name was Kash ....only a young man but there was nothing he didn't know about corrie from the date it started in 1960 , he was so helpful and funny. Some people have criticised that you can't take photos but it's only inside on the sets you can take as many as you like in the street. You can have your photo taken in the Rovers and pay for it but only if you want it. I wouldn't advise eating at the site not much choice and expensive there's a nice place at the science museum around the corner Book it now it finishes in October and it will be no more .

Have just been on the coronation street tour and what a great time we had The tour guide Camron was so funny and knew his information which made the tour even better ,we even had our photo taken behind the bar in the rovers return, we even sat in the little boths that many a corry star has spent time in the rovers drinking. And when we walked through the doors on to the cobbles to the music of coronation street , it was very moveing and we had as much time as we liked to look around the street, we even walked up the streets back lane.I would also like to thank our coach driver Les from national holidays for his great driving and getting us all safely there and back againThere was a fee to get into the street £16.50 but Ithink it was well worth it and we even got a back stage pass to keep and take home. There was a on site cafe if you wanted to get a drink or food, but we did not , so I am sorry I can not tell you about the prices or what the food was like.

Visited today. Great 55 minute tour inside with David. Didn't feel rushed at all. Spent about an hour outside taking photos and looking around. Looked around the houses, good that they have info saying who currently lives there and who has lived there in the past.

Lots of good memories.

Well worth a visit

Went on this trip with my 19 year old daughter Hollie who has been a Corrie fan for quite a few years and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our tour guide was Luke who was very informative and entertaining. The sets inside the building are a lot smaller than you imagine them to be. It was good to sit in the Rovers and also to have our photo taken behind the bar. Once you are out on the street itself you can take as many photos as you like which we did. Hollie enjoyed doing a Peter Barlow impersonation slumped on the floor outside his flat haha. You can get a free shuttlebus to and from the studios, from Picadilly Station. PLEASE don't pull this set down!!

Just loved the whole experience. I had visited the studios many years ago but everything has changed so much it was like a new tour. Our guide, Jenny, was just fantastic. She was fun, informative and above all her tour was interesting. We were never rushed at all and nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall a great time and one which I would highly recommend.
