Just home from a stay over the bank holiday weekend for pride and had an excellent time. Got checked into the room as soon as we arrived about 2:30pm. Room 518 had pretty good view from the back of the hotel over to canal street but was very quiet apart from the odd tram. Rooms are great, large kingsize bed, comfortably furnished and a huge shower in the spotless bathroom.
We had a meal one evening in the City Cafe and thought it was beautiful, very nice relaxing atmosphere, fantastic food and very efficient service. The offer of two courses and a glass of wine for £15.95 made even better!
Overall a super hotel, really good location straight over the footbridge from Piccadilly station, close by to all the shops and nightlife, no need for taxis or buses anywhere. Looking forward to staying again next year.
